D1 Training Greenville

D1 is an amazing training and development athletic facility for all ages and skill levels. The staff is amazing! Initially, I thought an elite athletic training facility would be intimidating for my kids. However, they are thriving in the programs at D1. My kids are getting stronger and more skilled at their sports. I have seen so much growth in them after training consistently for the past year. D1 supports the multi-sport athlete as well as those who want to focus on one sport. Their goal is to train appropriately to prevent injuries. Training also includes motivational speeches that keep your athlete focused on their goals and having a positive attitude about themselves. I can’t say enough about Marie, the GM and basketball trainer. She knows how to get the best out of my kids. My kids trust her. She is firm in her correction of mistakes but doesn’t tear down their confidence. I am seeing a great return on my investment. The D1 family genuinely wants your child to succeed. My kids train in basketball, volleyball, and speed and agility at D1.

This place, these people have changed my life!!! My daughter started working with the prep groups and said “Mom, you gotta come try the adult bootcamp! They are always laughing and having fun!” I tried one class 10 months ago and I have not looked back since!! This is my family now and my home away from home!
