I tried Premier Destinations for my first vacation. I enjoyed the customer service so much that I added my business and my four technicians to the portfolio they keep on file. Now all I have to do is call or text(Which I love) and Anna will book rooms, get discounts or upgrades and do all of the labor while I'm driving. Couldn't ask for a better experience. She keeps notes so I don't have to repeat information over and over again, such as, hotel brands and rental car sizing exc.. I did have a question on a Sunday and was able to reach her immediately. I must admit, initially I thought it would cost more to go through an agent, but in fact it ended up costing less with better accommodations.
