Bo and the whole staff was really great to deal with, had an issue with a truck I had purchased and Brandi assured me that Bo was a stand up guy and she was absolutely right about that, he did everything he needed to do to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and the end result was better than we had imagined; we love our 2016 F 250 King Ranch; good to know there are still some honest dealers still in business these days, Brandi was always quick to respond to any question or issues I had.

I was browsing for a dully for a few months and I went to dealerships to find one and could not find one that I liked. Then I looked on Facebook marketplace place and seen this gmc at bolts and went on there website site and put an application in, and that next day miss brandie called me about it. She stayed over for me to come look at and she work with me to get it. She found a good finance company for me to get it and they answered any questions I had about the truck to the best of their knowledge. Everyone up there as been very kind and sweet and I could not have found a better place to go. I highly recommend them to anyone

Bo will go above and beyond to make your truck buying experience a happy outcome, had a little issue with my truck I purchased but Bo was quick to make things right, And Brandi was always quick to respond to my text about any question I had, the crew that works here are all extremely nice folks so always try to give them a chance to work out any problems that you may have with a used truck or car you buy from them.

I called Bo after hours and he answered the phone, and was very nice to me and had plenty of information about the vehicle that I was looking at. Hannah was very helpful to me, and Bo even told me the back story on the vehicle that I was looking at. They even transfered the tag for me also.

Talk about excellent communication! Hannah was our sales person, she went over and above to make the process smooth. Because of our work schedules we weren’t able to make it to the office for face to face interaction but that was absolutely zero problem for her. We spoke with Hannah through calls and text for over a week before we were ready to make a decision, never once did she make us feel rushed or pressured and she is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and purchasing process. You can definitely tell she has done her homework. It was extremely hard to choose because the inventory is impressive. We purchased a very nice and super clean Tahoe from Bolts this week, and more importantly, at a great deal! I really appreciate Hannah’s honesty and transparency throughout the whole process.

I absolutely love this place! I had been searching for the perfect truck for my son and started to lose hope. We pulled into Bolts Auto, and there it was! 2013 F-150 King Ranch in immaculate condition with all the features my son wanted. We looked at the truck on a Saturday and drove it home the following Tuesday and my son still believes he’s dreaming. Bought a 2011 f250 king ranch from them and drove it 7 hours back to my home town and had some issues the owner stepped up and helped me out very great customer service and definitely recommend them will mostly look there for another vehicle in the future
