Purchased a few items out of the clearance room which was easy to maneuver through. The employees were multi-tasking with other customers but were very enjoyable to work with.

Had Jamey McBath come out today to fix my recliner he was on time , professional , and a nice guy just wanted to thank him for coming out to fix my chair

Amazing staff. They all work so good together. Helped me with picking a sleeper sofa and accent chair. Sales representative was Elaine. She helped me find what was within my budget. Great prices and quality furniture. I recommend this store in Easley to everyone looking for furniture.

I purchased a few different things from them over the past year. Once I paid down my adjustable mattress set I added a riding lawn mower and it actually lowered my payments! Store is under new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful even though they are understaffed and multi tasking with a couple people at a time. The delivery guys were very polite and quick. The first delivery was in my 4hr window, but the second one, they got behind schedule, the sales people called me to inform me that guys running behind, then called AGAIN a little later to tell me they heading to my house! It was super helpful to have the updates so I could plan day accordingly!

A great experience from the website which is very well designed, the quality and style of the furniture and the selection available. Our salesperson Steven was very personable and professional. He was patient, informative and able to answer our many questions. We have been repeat customers at Badcock through the years and will continue to be.

I first went to the Badcock in Greenville, which was actually my "first" time ever going in a Badcock store, and received very poor customer service along with the wrong information. I almost decided not to deal with your company ever again!...but I decided to call Easley and they were very friendly and helpful so I asked if they delivered to Greenville and they did. I went the following day and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Miranda with a very pleasant hello and very willing to help. She gave me EXCELLENT customer service. Miranda went beyond the call of duty to take care of me including being very knowledgeable about your products which was very impressive to me. The entire experience was just wonderful. I will definitely go back to the Easley store but Greenville office will not receive any of our business and I will happily pass the word! I would rather drive out of my way to receive excellent customer service than the convience of awful customer service.

I had a great experience here. Found a brand new leather chair marked down $200. They held it for me till pick up and loaded it in my truck for me. No problems.

Helpful staff. Gave me the feeling of a smaller version of rooms to go. Great choices of both bedroom and living room, designed furniture. Kitchen items seemed shy for a informed decision. All in all great place to shop

I have ordered several things from this store to complete my home. My favorite thing was my most recent purchase which was a PlayStation. Everything I have ordered has came in on time and in perfect condition.

Badcock in Easley SC has always been a great experience the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the products are great that’s why I keep coming back for almost 10 years

My husband had a good experience so far. They don't harass you even you come in like some places and they had what we were looking for. Suppose to new delivered Friday the 17th. Will update.
