Mattress Factory Direct -Easley

Recently purchased a mattress from the Mattress Factory Direct in Easley. Shopping for something like this is difficult at best with so many different types, designs, prices, and firmness ratings. We had been looking for a replacement for my wife’s bed for a long time, having tried and returned one bed in a box that was way too soft. Without a doubt, shopping here, with Dave’s help, was one of the best experiences we have had. Dave knows his product, is not pushy, did not try to sell us the most expensive, and took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. In the end we purchased a reasonably priced mattress that he recommended. He delivered it and hauled off the old mattress and foundation, all free of extra charge. So far the mattress has been very satisfactory. Think we will keep this one.

I came in just to try out a puffy mattress to see if it was worth buying. I walked in and ran into Dave, who was extremely helpful but not pushy. I found what I wanted and ended up deciding I actually like the puffy mattress. I could have left and ordered it online. After talking to Dave and having a conversation with him about everything under the sun, I made the decision to buy from him. Once it arrived, he delivered it even when his store was closed. He can set it up and talked for a bit before heading home. He made it worthwhile for me, and I will visit again even if nothing more than to talk.

After trying to shop for mattresses at the big chain stores with pushy unknowledgeable sales people, we decided to give Mattress Factory Direct a try. Dave, the owner was an honest stand up guy who is very knowledgeable without any pressure to purchase. He even included 2 pillow, sheets and a mattress protector with the purchase , free delivery and takeaway of the old mattress. I highly recommend shopping here for your mattress instead of those big box chain stores.

Great selection of mattresses and Dave helped me make a great choice. I'll be coming back to purchase mattresses for the entire house.

Last week, after looking online and going to another mattress store, I stopped into Mattress Factory Direct in Easley. I'm very happy with my purchase of a MLily Harmony Chill 2.0 adjustable bed. Dave was very helpful and knowledgable and his prices are very reasonable. The bed was delivered and set up for me in two days!

We had a really great experience here. Dave, the guy who runs the shop, really knows everything there is to know about a mattress. He spent over half an hour helping us pick out a mattress that would help my wife’s back. There wasn’t a mattress question he couldn’t answer. Super nice guy and he gave us a very fair price on a great mattress. I hope we don’t need another mattress for ten years or more but if we do we’ll get it from here.

This is THE BEST mattress buying experience I’ve had in my many years of buying mattresses and foundations for my family. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had the items I wanted in stock and explained the product clearly. The purchase was fast and simple and we had our foundation on our beds the very same day as purchase.

I purchased a Mlily mattress Mprove 3.0....it is a great mattress, but the service from Dave, the quick delivery and set up and taking away the old mattress was TOP Shelf service and pricing....any additional mattress needs with be done with Dave and Mattraess Factor Direct...just excellent knowledge and service...
