Front desk administrative assistant Terri is truly amazing! Terri is professional, personable, and able to impressively multitask. She was very helpful and persistent resolving orders we needed for my husband’s diagnostic procedure today. Terri is a true asset to this medical facility.

Diagnostic imaging staff is also very friendly, professional and proficient. We have only lived in Lancaster for less than two years (moved from central New Jersey) and have needed their services four times now. Twice for routine mammograms for me and twice for ultrasounds for my husband. This imaging center definitely gets a resounding 5 star rating from us! Thank you all for your help and services. You are the best!

I would like give the highest rating possible for Terry in Lancaster Imaging Centers office for going WAY above & beyond in customer service & patient concern!! She is nothing short of AMAZING!! All the staff there is wonderful but she stands out!!

Was treated very well during my visit here. Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with all of the paperwork. Tech was very pleasant, great sense of humour and really helped take away the stress of doing an MRI. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!

Ms Karen is the best! She has the ability to calmly take every unkind word off your mind…just by being so cautious as if you were family!

Amy was awesome! The quickest I've ever been in and out of a doctor's office! 15 minutes, tops!!!

Better than going to hospital for X rays and mammogram.

This place shouldn't even operate in a third world country.

Lady at the front has the professionalism of a wet dish towel. It was a hassle just trying to get 2xrays done with insurance. She was more interested in my marital status and info from 1995 than why am I there now in 2020. Never ever will I return there. The lady that done the xrays was pleasant and nice. But point blank period, the front desk is the 1st point of contact and that just ruined it for me. Never again!!

I paid the insurance estimate (which is not a little amount) at the time of my procedure with my flex benefits, however well over a month later, Lancaster Imaging Center has STILL not filed the procedure with my insurance. I have contacted the office, the billing office and now have left 2 messages with the billing manager over the hospital and she has yet to return my call. The billing department can't even confirm they see I made the payment on the day of service (which I have a receipt for.) I will now have to pay my flex company back the amount of the procedure out of my own pocket until a claim is filed, as Lancaster has not filed my claim with the insurance for my flex company to confirm the procedure. They require an EOB, which is normal. Its a shame because the office personnel and lady who did my procedure were great, but the ignoring of customers calls/messages on the Billing Managers side is terrible. We as customers have a hard enough time navigating insurance, billing, etc all while simultaneously having medical concerns we are dealing with. Due to this, I do not recommend going here, having issues with billing when it comes to medical procedures is no fun. No one takes any accountability here, they just send you to the next person and finally, the "top person who CAN help" has a phone that goes immediately to voicemail and she doesn't return calls! I will update this review and let you know how it all pans out!

Dirty place ; smells like tabaco from the entrance to bathroom to treatment room. You deserve better

Wouldn't give name of ultra tech i saw and brother tried calling and no answer. This place isnt worth it
