I can’t say enough positive things about Family Dental Health of Easley. The staff is incredible. The hygienist, Deanna is amazing! She makes the experience so much fun for my kiddos, they are LEGIT excited about going to the dentist!

Dr. Caldwell is fantastic and so incredibly patient. My 8 year old had to get a cavity filled today and she was in tears before we walked into the office. She refused the laughing gas and wanted to do the procedure without it. Dr. Caldwell was so patient, gentle, reassuring and understanding of her needs and concerns, as was the assistant. I can’t say enough about how amazingly patient and understanding they were! They got my daughter through the procedure as quickly and painlessly as possible.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received at Family Dental Health in Easley, SC. I had a problem that needed attention. Marquita, Kasey, and Dr. Rice worked around schedules in order for me to have an appointment that day! Everyone was professional and extremely friendly. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rice and Kasey. They clearly explained options and helped me make a decision. While they were working on my tooth they were gentle and explained to me every step they were taking. I am completely satisfied with the results. I am very grateful for the care I received. I have recommended Family Dental Heath to my family.

All of the staff were very kind and helpful....Dr. Caldwell and his assistant Jill went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my pain was controlled while performing a tooth extraction..... was given very simple yet thorough discharge instructions along with Dr. Caldwell's personal text number should I have needs after office hours.....This was my first visit at Family Dental Health of Easley but it won't be my last....Thanks to a wonderful staff for a job well done".......💜🧡💜🧡

My family and I have been going to FDH of Easley for many many years now. Kayla my hygienist is the best! She’s very professional, thorough with her work, compassionate and very friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable while your in her chair. I’ve had 3 visits over the last month for treatment and my experience with all those have been exceptional! Dr. Caldwell is great and really knows his stuff! He’s very patient and explains your options to you. One of my favorite dentists that I’ve had over my lifetime. His assistant Jill is awesome! She’s very personable and makes you feel comfortable in her chair too! All their staff is exceptional! I highly recommend Family Dental Health of Easley if your looking for dental care. If I could’ve given them 10 stars I would’ve!

Staff is the BEST! Very kind, friendly and accommodating. I had to switch my appointment with short notice and they were able to accommodate me.
I have seen Deanna and Melissa for hygienists and both are fanatic. Highly recommend!

Best dental experience I have ever had!! All of the staff was friendly, personable and professional. I saw Dr Caldwell and Jill today for my procedure. I came in a little anxious but those fears were put to rest with their compassionate treatment and clear explanations. I felt at ease and secure knowing I was being treated at a caring top notch office. Kathy at checkout is awesome as well! So thankful for Family Dental Health of Easley!

Awesome experience! We recently moved back to the upstate after 30 years away. One of my least favorite things to do is trying to find new healthcare providers that "fit". FDH, Easley fits perfectly. Everyone is relaxed and friendly! My two (so far) appointments went smoothly and started on time. Very pleased and would recommend this practice to anyone!

We have been going to FDH of Easley for years. Kayla is a wonderful dental hygienist. I am always at ease and everything is explained in detail. Dr Caldwell is just the same and takes time with each patient. The office staff is extremely helpful as well. I have three children with sensory issues, and they have no fear of going to the dentist because they have had only positive experiences at FDH even with cavities and wisdom teeth removal. Would recommend them to anyone.

Mattie and Dr. Rice are amazing. My son was not nervous. Everyone in the office is super sweet. It was a great experience. We will definitely be seeing all of them again.

Jack and Jill are the ultimate duo! Jill herself deserves all the praise. She walked me through a tough process. I didn’t come across one employee who wasn’t kind, caring and helpful. They went ahead and sufficed my needs while there rather than having to come back. I also have my future dental plan. They are incredible.

I went to family dental for x-rays and a cleaning. Came away really impressed with the people and their way of cleaning. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

The best dentist office I’ve ever been too!! I had an appointment card that had my appointment on it but somehow it wasn’t on the schedule. They worked me in right then to make up for it!! So polite and professional!

I literally love this place! So much so, that even after I moved 40 minutes away I still make the commute to continue coming here! I know there are other FDH locations closer to me, but I refuse!! From the front office staff, to my Hygienist, to my Dentist, I could just never replace them. Dee is my Hygienist and she is amazing! I often tell her she’s not allowed to leave me! 😂 So sweet, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She’s very easy to talk to and you can tell she truly cares about her patients! Healthcare in all fields needs more people like Dee in it! She makes a dreaded experience way more enjoyable! All of the Dentists are amazing here as well! Always kind, personable and willing to explain everything step by step to over-thinkers like myself! Couldn’t ask for a better team for my teeth! 🙌🏽

Appointments are on time, hygienist Kayla tells me what she’s doing which I appreciate, Doctors exam on time and six month appointment made before I leave. A very smooth visit.

Let me start of with this is an amazing dental office!! I have had some mental health issues over the past few years, so I have not gone to the dentist in a long time. I also suffer from a little bit of dental anxiety. These people, everyone I interacted with was amazing and so helpful. My dental hygienist Kayla was super sweet, understanding, non judgemental, and made my experience 10/10. She was very calming, affirming, and she also was very communicative and thorough. Kayla walked me through every step before she did it and it made my anxiety calm that much more, because there's no unexpected. She also recommended me products that could help me in the long run. Dr Rice also came in for a few minutes and put me on a dental fixation plan and her explained everything to me and seemed very nice. Honestly, I don't think I could have had a better experience, and that is 95% because of Kayla, so major thank you to her! Definitely definitely recommended anyone go here, you won't regret it!

I know everyone gives their opinion to propagate to someone else to sway for unfounded rhetoric…… but my experience is based on facts. This is a top notch dentistry having the patience and agreeable attitude even when I had unforeseen circumstances I had to reset my appointments for causes I couldn’t control and they happily got me in finally. In addition my fears of going to a dentist are softening this place is highly accommodating and their servitude is amazing and very gracious. A dental procedure in which a tooth was not aligned was no doubt trying and took more time than allotted was afforded to me with kind attitude. And most importantly the finished results were of great satisfaction to me. This is by far a leap ahead in customer care from this dentist facility I won’t go anywhere else by choice

Love FDH, Dr. Caldwell and his assitant. They are awesome. I couldn't be happier with all they have done for me and my smile. :)

The entire staff at Family Dental Health are very friendly and professional. They care about the comfort of the patient and answer any questions you might have. The Easley office is the 3rd Family Dental Health office I have been to and I would recommend any of them.
