New to the area I researched for professional help with my new home. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Sam Fiedler, who is a real hard working knowledgeable expert, who "more" than satisfied my needs, a gas line for my grill, professional hose bibs insulation regarding freeze conditions. And an extensive review of evaluation of my house. We are very pleased.

This was my first time using you folks. The experience was wonderful, from the first call. Allison was able to get someone to our home the day after I called. Her communication with me was on time and always very friendly and helpful. Your Tech Josh was great from the start. He took his time to make sure he looked at everything first and then fixed the issue. He even came back the day after the repair to make sure the leak was fixed. Each time (3) Josh was in my home he was professional and addressed all issues. I will be putting your company on our community face book and give you 5 stars!!! Thank you to your staff....

This was the 2nd time we have had use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and same as the 1st time, Excellent service. Jack came out on a Sunday afternoon and had us fixed in no time. Great guy, very pleasant and professional. Also gotta give a shout out to their on call dispatcher.
She was amazing , I can't remember her name and I'm sorry for that. She was so friendly on the phone and got back to me within minutes.

When our water bill over doubled this past month, we knew it was time to hire a professional plumber. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out and investigate. Josh, our service tech, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his findings. He treated us with the utmost respect and listened to and answered and explained all our questions concerning the procedures and costs that would be involved in making the repairs on our 50 plus year old home. His work and work ethic were very efficient, methodical and professional. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs!

Sam was very professional and did the job in a reasonable time. He probably would have gotten done faster but there were a few obstacles in the pipe. He educated me on what to look for in the future should I need your service again. The price was steeper than I expected but not his fault. All in all the 5 stars are for him and the young lady I spoke with on the phone to set the appointment. She was able to find time in a 24 hour period which was huge and it wasn't considered an emergency call that results in a higher rate to come out same day. The 5 stars were earned today and yesterday

Eric was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and helped me better understand how my septic works.

I've never had a bad experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past 12 years we have been using them for our plumbing work, and my latest is no exception. Hallam clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, and is an artist when it comes to his job. The re-plumbed lines and drains in my kitchen and the new under-sink filter unit he installed take up a minimum of space, are accessible, and look nice. He was always friendly and polite, knowledgeable and capable, as were his helpers. If BFP does ONE thing right, it's hiring great people.

Josh Perkins was great - very professional. He told me exactly what the service was going to cost step by step. He completed the job and went through the invoice and explained the 3 pages that I assigned. I highly recommend him and of course your company as you have done work for me in my commercial building in Clemson.

Technician Kevin came to make repairs to my 8 year old on-demand hot water heater. He arrived on time and got my hot water back after me explaining the symptoms to him. He started the job and got my hot water back with professional and courtesy as I’ve not seem in my dealing with repair personnel in a very long time. He was extremely knowledgeable in everything he did and left with any trash he caused. I highly recommend the professional personnel Ben Franklin provides.

Very quick response and arrived within 20 minutes! Reasonable pricing and found the pipe leak and replaced the pipe quicker than anticipated! Will recommend to others and use in the future!!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Eric Charron and Bradley his assistant, from The Plumbing Experts. We have only been in our house for less than 2 years and now were experiencing septic problems. We chose this company based upon very good reviews and are not disappointed. Eric arrived on time and went to work. He explained how he would evaluate the problem as well as overall system condition and why. Once he located the problem and corrected it he gave us the good news that our system was in better shaped than we initially feared. He also gave us good advice on maintaining our system going forward. We will definitely use The Plumbing Experts for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Very Happy!

This company is great. The CSR was very nice & helpful. The service tech was professional, explained everything to us before he started and got us back up and running in minimal time. We got a full quote before the work and their pricing was very reasonable. I would def recommend them to my family and friends.

We had a pipe burst in our front yard. We had no water in the house. Kevin from Benjamin Franklin was here until 9pm locating the leak. 11 hours later an entire team was here with an excavator. They dug down 6 feet in driving rain all day and located the burst pipe after 7 hours of searching. The pipe was repaired and water restored to our house. I can not emphasize enough how reliable and skilled these guys are. And if you happen to get Kevin on a call, rest assured that he will do everything possible to solve your problem. These guys are the best.

Angel showed up promptly - calling in advance as requested - after the beginning of the scheduled "window appointment", explained all (cost included) of what he planned to do, accomplished the task at hand, MADE MY DAY as the problem had been outstanding for 10 days as well as answering any/all questions to potentially avoid this first time issue in the future. ALL WAS GREAT!

Benjamin Franklin helped me out with a major plumbing emergency. They were responsive helpful and timely. Our plumber Josh did an outstanding job. He was here on time, he left everything the way he found it and he was very knowledgeable.

They came back and took care of a problem with our garbage disposal. Tech was courteous timely and thorough with the repair. Benjamin Franklin is fairly priced and I highly recommend their services.

John arrived to give me an estimate price to change my range from electric to gas. After checking the attic, he showed and gave me details how the line would run to the range area. The cost were more than I was willing to spend to repair the drywall after the electrical work was done. However, I am greatful for John's details and cost review.

Great service experience!!! We enjoyed having Kevin and Garrett for technicians. They were very professional in their speech and knowledge of what needed to be done for us. We will request them for return repairs.
