WOW what a great restaurant. From the food, service, and ambiance. Our server Austin was a great server with great suggestions. See pictures below. The people here are super nice. Really good time here with my group of 4.

Great cafe with a solid variety on the menu.
Friendly staff, only comment was the pork was too salty, but that could be my preference, otherwise great food.
Ordered the Pork Benedict and Red Velvet Pancakes, with black current tea and "King Kong" Banna/honey smoothie

We stopped by last night for an early birthday dinner for my partner. They had a birthday card waiting for them. Mitchell was our staff member for the evening and he was great! Great sense of humor, kept us updated on our order, and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner, Mikey Corona, even popped by at one point to say hi. The atmosphere was a little bit loud but I think that's because of the closeness of the tables. The restaurant is not very large. Due to the size, I would highly recommend a reservation.

I had the "Jen & Juice" to drink which was phenomenal. My partner had the "Tequila Mockingbird" which had a delicious smokey flavor from the Mezcal. We split a "Love me at your Wurst" which may have been a corndog but it was damn good! Mix the stone ground mustard and the spicy ketchup together. Trust me. They had "Bird is the Word" for dinner and I had "Pasta La Vista with Pancetta". Everything was absolutely delicious!!!

I will also say that The Mockingbird is LGBTQ+ friendly. We decided to eat here based solely on a 2021 article in The Tennessean. We felt incredibly welcomed and safe which is rare in this state. We will absolutely be back!!!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful, as is to be expected from this restauranteur.

Me and my ladies made a trip to Nashville to try out this lovely joint. The entree names are fantastic, and that is only outdone by the flavor.
My lady friends started the meal with the donut of the day, and they seem to enjoy it a lot. I tend to eat more gluten-free, as most of you know, so I did not partake. It looked beautiful, though.
I was very intrigued by the fries, so I ordered some of those to go with my meal. They were absolutely delicious, and the aioli was also delicious I am not generally someone who dips in anything mayonnaise like, but dip I did. The seasoning on the fries is absolutely amazing with that aioli.
For my entree, I ordered the Hash yo' Mouth. Oh my goodness. I definitely did hush my mouth as I savored each bite I took. Both the potatoes and the pork belly were fried to beautiful perfection. I even commented to my lady friends that Apple was not something that I would have naturally put with this dish, but each bite that included apple was just a notch higher than absolutely amazing.

My friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals. One of them did say the bread was a little tough on the BLT, But she also said the flavor was absolutely delicious. She wishes that she had noticed it had egg, as she would have asked for the egg to be over hard. She is one of those texture people that doesn't like runny eggs.
My other friend ordered the Taco the Town and we were all a little surprised when it was more like an enchilada. Definitely not something you can pick up... but again absolutely delicious.

This is definitely a place you should make the trip to try. I bet it would have been even better sitting outside on a wonderfully beautiful night.

First time here. We were quickly greeted and sat immediately. Our server Bunny D was fast, attentive and friendly. Our food came out quickly and everything we ordered was delicious. We will be back.

Ok. This place is amazing. It got good reviews but everything was fantastic. The apps, cocktails, entrees all great. For some reason it wasn’t crowded which was great too. Servers were so nice and atmosphere cool. I have nothing bad to say. Just great all around.

Celebrated my birthday here... it was awesome!! The service was amazing from the manager to our server! Even the runner was wonderful and very knowledgeable whenever we had questions. The food was absolutely delicious across the board. They truly made my birthday a memorable experience! I loved it!! Thanks Mockingbird crew!!

Mind: Blown. I don’t know why but we’ve put off going to the Mockingbird for years, and that was a huge mistake. The brunch was absolutely incredible, the service was phenomenal, and the vibes are immaculate.

If you haven’t eaten here yet you are doing yourself a massive disservice!

this was the second time i have been to the mockingbird and it was fabulous! usually when we travel out of town we try to go to different restaurants each visit, but we knew we had to come back to eat here. the service is fantastic and the restaurant is decorated so cute. we got the bagel bites that we all 4 shared, the bloody mary and church punch, and the grits. i would recommend getting a reservation on open table because it can get pretty busy, but with our reservation we were seated right away!

Always delicious!! The service is wonderful. I always get the juice box. It’s so fun! My dining partner got an espresso martini type of drink, which was delicious. The burrata appetizer was delicious and the grilled cheese appetizer was, too. The peanut butter banana mousse dessert is to die for!!

I could have eaten 1000 of those donuts!!! They were so buttery and light, sweet but not too sweet…literal perfection! The sausage was super tasty! Everything was flavorful and fresh! I want them to mail me some donuts. Solid place for brunch!!

This place was a great restaurant to pop into. It was mentioned y a few Chicago folks on a recent trip. I happened to be walking by on the hunt for a brunch spot. I recalled this place, and they were able to get us in right away. I ordered a breakfast burrito, and it was over the top with substance and flavor. The ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. My friends ordered a BLT and a fruit platter. The coffee was good, and the mimosa was right on. This place lived up to the hype and I was grateful we were able to get in effortlessly. I'll be visiting again real soon.

Went for happy hour and stayed for dinner. Great value happy hour appetizer and drink options! Liked the Brussels so much we got a second order with dinner. Tried the Hanger Steak with broccolini, potatoes and egg. Cooked perfectly and the gravy was incredible (faint teriyaki maybe?). Also tried the salmon with cheese grits. Wow. Thick cut that had crisp edges but perfect medium temp inside and the grits were outstanding.

Got the kids takeout. Double cheeseburger and the Tofu Sisig. Two huge thumbs up on their orders as well.

Hostess can validate parking IF you park at Whole Foods Garage. Easy block and half walk.

This restaurant was absolutely impressive! 🤩 The food was incredible & creative, service was top-notch, and the interior design is some of the nicest & well implemented I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. Everything was so beautifully put together from the patio area, to the bar, all the way down to the restrooms. I got a mockingburger and fries, perfectly cooked, and a bratwurst corndog which was a deliciously creative idea. Some friends I was with ordered cocktails, not quite sure what they were but also good. It’s also in a convenient location. Right in a developing section by the Gulch district with a great view of downtown. Overall this establishment is one of the finest representation of what Nashville’s culinary seen has offer, which is saying a lot because Nashville has many great restaurants.

Came here for brunch our last day in Nashville. We’d passed by a few nights prior and noted how nice it looked. I was thrilled to see that they did brunch on Fridays. The food is SO good. Our server was really nice and helpful. The portions are great. My friend ordered the breakfast taco with shrimp and it was HUGE. We shared the giant cinnamon bun, also huge, and hella good. I got the tuna sandwich and avocado toast. We both had bubbles in a bag for our drink. The menu options are creative and fun. The interior is beautiful and well thought out. I’d definitely come back. Great food, service, and value.

Emmitt (hope I'm spelling that correctly) was fantastic. Super helpful and friendly during my visit. Food arrived incredibly quickly, and was absolutely delicious. I will be recommending The Mockingbird to all of my friends!

I always wanted to try a Food Network Chef's restaurant and since I was in Nashville I had to stop in.

The Bubbles in a Bag with Champagne was an excellent start. Cool and refreshing on a hot day.

The Steak and Shake! Sandwich was cooked to perfection. Tender medium rare steak 🥩 crusty toasted baguette 🥖 creamy tomato jam 🍅

To finish we had the Olive Oil Strawberry Cake 🍰 with 🍓 Compte.
Not too heavy, not too sweet and super delicious. Too big to finish between two of us.

Definitely did NOT disappoint!

Such a great and welcoming vibe! We came on a late Sunday afternoon and it seemed like we missed the busy brunch crowd. I had the "those buns though" (GIANT cinnamon roll loaf essentially) it was soooo good. Warm, delicious and a HUGE portion, definitely more than enough to share. I then ordered the "taco the town" and it was also a large portion and super good. To drink I had the punch of the day that was served like an adult capri sun. Our server was super attentive and sweet and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and to serve. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious food and cute brunch vibe! Had the sweet potato and pork belly hash, and the table split cream cheese stuffed bagel bombs. Yum yum!

Amazing décor in this place, and good high end food and service. The waiter was knowledgeable and great about sharing any knowledge we desired about the eclectic fusion menu and possible drinks.

I loved that we could just mix small plates, sides, and big plates as we pleased, for our three appetites. The brussels sprouts with the honey gastrique was to die for, beautifully seared and topped. The tatchos were tasty, interesting comfort food, with base of tater tots and chili, but the flavor of the lamb and all the lovely toppings of various textures lent so much interest. The Seoul Purpose was easy for us to split, each getting chewy potato waffle with the creamy runny egg on top and some of the hearty sweet and spicy steak on top was so good.

Lots of wonderful flavors, textures, all spiced with cool atmosphere.

Best of all we just walked in from where we were staying, so didn't have to deal with the fact that there isn't much parking downtown.
