I've had the great pleasure of working with Joleen at Goods Furniture. She designed several rooms for me and each one is stunning. She has a great eye and superb attention to detail and excellent follow up. I can get easily overwhelmed with making decorating/furniture decisions, and Joleen was incredible. She reassured me that I'm not alone, and we took one step at a time. She guided me through customization and personalized selections that would work in my home, and most of all she was extremely patient with me throughout the process. I couldn't be happier. Joleen is a miracle worker!

This will be our second time working with Danielle with Goods. And once again I couldn’t be happier. Quality and selection of the furniture and decor aside (which is impeccable and expansive), Danielle could not have been more helpful or prompt in assisting me furnish our entire home from cross referencing pieces we were interested in with furniture we already had to make sure wood finish was compatible to sending fabric samples with advice because I just couldn’t make up my mind, triple checking measurements so the pieces would fit properly in my home and even remembering my sons first birthday and emailing us wishes. When the first batch of furniture was delivered, there was a slight issue with the feet of one piece furniture not fitting properly, the delivery crew immediately brought it to our attention and the team went right to work to fix the issue. I was introduced to Matt Robillard with the Goods customer service department to resolve this and once again we received prompt and productive assistance. We could not be any more happy with our experience. I even had some questions while the delivery team was here with the second batch of furniture and Matt was more than knowledgeable, but even directed the delivery team as to exactly what I wanted and advised how to achieve this for me. He even did research for some glass tops I mentioned just in passing conversation I wanted to protect the furniture and emailed me the information.

You feel valued working with Matt and Danielle with Goods-more than just making a sale. Your vision, your wants, your time, your hard earned money is valued. Great people great experience. And also the first time we worked with Goods/Danielle was in 2016 the furniture she helped me pick out and design I still own. Each piece is still beautiful and holding up and we’ve moved to five different states in that time.

I've worked with George Plumides on multiple projects for my home. He is the most creative, responsive, and talented designer I've ever worked with. He listed to what I wanted and help me achieve more than I thought possible. I wanted a Parisian meets NYC brownstone feel and he nailed it! His work is on par with work you see in Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Veranda and more!

I just purchased new sofa and chairs for my living room and had an AMAZING experience with Lori Zannino! Lori was very patient and extremely helpful in helping me pick out the couch that worked best for our family and budget. She even did research on which brands and fabrics would be best and followed up quickly with any questions I had. She is the best and highly recommend her.

Matt Robillard in customer service was wonderful to work with when 1 of our sofa cushions sagged in the middle right after delivery. He quickly ordered a replacement filling and had it delivered to our home. The delivery guys replaced it inside the cover and it’s perfect. Excellent customer service! We will definitely buy here again!! Thank you!!

We walked into Good's Home Furnishings looking for a bed frame. Lori immediately greeted us by the front door and asked if she could help us with anything. She showed us around the store and directed us to the different styles of beds available. We found the style we liked and she explained all the different fabric and size options available to us for the brand we picked. It only took about 2-3 weeks from purchase to get the new bed delivered and assembled in our home. Lori kept us updated every step of the way from ordering to delivery! Highly recommend this furniture store to anyone who loves good quality and stylish furniture at an affordable price!! And ask for Lori!!

My husband and I went into Good's this past Sunday needing to pick out everything for a family room. Once the couch was decided on my husband lost interest in the project. Joleen was amazing. I told her what we were looking for and we scheduled a time for me to come back. She texted me with some ideas to help her understand what I liked. When I went back for our appointment she had picked out options to finish the room. In roughly an hour I had a couch, chairs, custom pillows, various tables, a rug, lamps and artwork. I cannot wait to see our new room all put together. Thank you Jolene for making it so easy on me!

Karen Wentzell has been very instrumental in helping us furnish most of our new apartment. We are moving from a 4300 sq ft home to a less than 1800 sq ft. apartment in March. We have purchased a complete living space suite, a rug for our dining room, a rug for an office and complete office furniture for another office including a desk, 2 file cabinets and three bookcases. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating for sure! We could not have done it without her and her expertise!

I wandered into Goods and totally lucked up by connecting with Lori. She really listened to me and we instantly connected. Her taste is impeccable and I could not be more thrilled with my experience and all that we ordered. Cannot wait for delivery day!

Wonderful experience! We worked with Vicki Kirby to purchase a dinning room credenza, and returned within a couple of days to purchase our sofa! She was very attentive and even made it possible so we get the showroom sofa delivered in a week! Will definitely return and completely recommend!

I have been working with George Plumides for the past 5 months on designing custom pieces for our new home. George has exceptional vision regarding all elements of design. He has incorporated a few pieces of my existing furniture ( which is traditional) with exquisite modern pieces! All have been custom designed by George, and several accent pieces have come from the gorgeous showroom floor!! I purchased two couches through Good's Home furnishings and was extremely pleased with them. However after time, I noticed the seats developed wear causing a noticeable indentation and the cushions. I contacted Good's Home furnishing (not hopeful that I would receive any resolution). However, I was lucky enough to make contact with Paul Holderman who was extremely helpful
getting this concern resolved. He reached out to the manufacturer and had replacement cushions sent to me within a very short timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Paul kept me informed of his interactions with the manufacturer and how the resolution was proceeding. I got frequent emails from him with information of when the replacement cushions would be shipped and would
arrive. Cushions arrived yesterday, and the issue was resolved. My
customer service with Paul was outstanding.

Every time I walk into Good’s I am like a kid in a candy store! I have had nothing but positive experiences. They carry all of the best brands and have excellent customer service. George Plumides is my go-to designer. He has immense product knowledge and an understanding of my aesthetic. He always takes the time to collaborate and explore multiple options…he wants to make sure I love every selection and is willing to put in the time with all of his clients to make sure they walk out of the store happy!

I was introduced to George at Good’s from a friend. From the beginning George was so accommodating - he helped us with ideas and layouts for four rooms in our new home. He listened, gave great advice, worked with me (and my husband) ad we picked out pieces of furniture and rugs over multiple meetings while staying within our budget. His eye for design can’t be beat and I look forward to working with him for the remaining rooms of my home.

I worked with Karen Wentzell for my new sectional. Karen was very patient and helped with creating the correct configuration for my new sectional. She was very professional and super friendly. I would definitely work with her again. My friend that was with me had never been to the store before and she was impressed with everything. We both have been telling everyone what a great experience I had.

Our experience with Good’s Home Furnishings could not have been better, starting with the professionalism from our superb sales associate Debe Abernethy. This was followed with continuous, courteous, and professionalism from Paul Holderman in Customer Service who worked diligently to get a small overhanging piece of fabric in the rear of our new lounge perfectly finished by a
qualified furniture repair person in our area who Paul sought out . His follow thru on this was EXCEPTIONAL, working with our schedule always, best we’ve ever had in all the years we have bought furniture. We encourage anyone looking for furniture to buy at Good’s Home Furnishings!
