Banfield Pet Hospital

The Dr's here are very knowledgeable and take very good care of their patients. My puppy had parvo at 4 weeks old. We couldn't afford to hospitalize him. I was completely heart broken because we knew without treatment what would happen. The Dr's and nurses gave use very detailed instructions and all the medications needed to get him through it. After round the clock treatment he is now thriving. The staff called multiple times to check on him and scheduled multiple follow ups to check his progress. I definitely recommend Banfield. They truly care about the pets that come here.

I have been taking my pets to Banfield hospital in Easley, South Carolina for quite some time now. The staff and doctors are just wonderful. They care about every animal that comes through there. So kind and understanding and very caring about your pet's needs. I have the wellness plan which helps financially a lot. I like that you don't feel like you're being pushed out quickly, they take the time to listen to what you're saying about your pet's health.

Amazing staff, love Dr. Bennett, but after working in animal rescue for so long, I wish they saw exotics, seriously because I like them so much. My dogs are so happy to see the staff when they greet them, everything is well explained and they really do return your phone calls!!
**Update** Almost 3 years with Banfield, got a new puppy that was ditched and sprained his ankle, the next week found out our 13 year old Shepard has Lymphoma. Every vet, vet tech and every receptionist have been great. I don't have a single complaint on the care or advice they give. Each vet has been amazing in their own uniqueness. Still wish they saw exotics though, I'd love to have vets like these be able to see our other pets as well ♡♡ Thank you Banfield!

Great team of people! I was so upset when my cat got sick, I yelled at some of the girls ( not to any of their faults) and they were so calm and still helped her and me. Real animal lovers treat them like family so it's stressful and emotional and they handle it professionally! My beautiful Siam pulled through and couldn't be happier! Thank you all!

I would like to thank the staff and especially Dr Bryan for the support and gentle care they gave my sweet Freddy and my husband and I. It was Saturday September 23 and my regular clinic was closed. My elder cat Freddy was very sick and with great sadness I knew it was time for this journey to end. We both fought hard for him to stay but his body had other ideas. I called Banfield in Easley and they said I could make an appointment which I did. This is the most difficult decision for a pet parent to make and the Beanfield staff was so kind. The vet tech was very gentle withFreddy as they prepared him andDr Bryan was so kind and gentle too. They gave my husband I the time we needed.
Thank you, so much , my heart is broken but at least I know Freddy and I were treated with respect and dignity.

I have had bad experiences with other vets, but never here. Dr. Farmer took amazing care of my old lab. I could call for a consult and would get a call back just a couple hours later, and everything was explained in the easiest way possible. Last week, we had to have him put to sleep and I couldn't have asked for more helpful or understanding vet and techs. I have set up a new service with our younger Shepherd and they were just as helpful and understanding with her anxious tics.
I started off with a bad taste towards Banfield, in general, when we lived in TN. But everyone here has completely changed my mind.

I took my special needs rescue poodle, Cali for a check-up. The staff was wonderful. Dr Bennett was very thorough and explained that Cali needed to go to a specialist to have her heart murmur checked out.

She was also very helpful in giving me suggestions on which foods to give her and what to stay away from.

I would highly recommend them.

Employees are sssooooo caring, knowledgeable, helpful and took care of my fur-baby, Tator Tot like she was their own. Their NOT expensive and understand that most people are on tight budgets and have alot of different options for customers to be able to get their loved fur-babies the care they need. I LOVE the staff here and so does my fur-baby. Thank you All so very much for the love and caring that you genuinely have for your patients and their hoomans :-))

I absolutely love everyone at Banfield they treat me and my pup like family and like we've known one another for many many years. As a first time pup mom with lots of silly concerns and questions I never once was made to feel my question or concern was silly the last bit. They've been a huge support and I thank them all!!! They love Piper Lynn and Piper Lynn loves them all too.

I called Banfield in Easley and just got off the phone with a very nice lady, her name is Lilly. I had several questions about the wellness plans for my dog. He needs some dental care. I'm a first-time dog mom and Lilly explained my options in detail and with care. She has great customer service, very understanding and a great asset to the company. Thanks so much Lilly!

I brought my 3 month Australian Shepherd in for her puppy shots because my regular veterinarian office has been closed due to water damage. The staff was very friendly and did not hesitate to get her an appointment set up the next day. The staff was very welcoming to Sage the day of appointment, and we were in and out in 20 minutes. They even called the next day to check on her! Which is something my normal veterinarian has never done. This was my first experience with Banfield's services, and I was not disappointed. I would recommend off of my experience.

Very welcoming atmosphere when you walk in and they're very caring towards your pet like its there own. I have a very energetic puppy and she is all over the place but they tried there best to keep her calm while getting her weight and they're very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend and the health plan is definitely worth the price

Our sweet Elinor had to had an emergency visit today and they were so accommodating to squeeze her in, especially on a Saturday! They kept me updated the whole time and the vet personally called me to go over everything. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my fur-baby today! Knowing that she is always in great hands there really takes the stress off of any situation!

I really love the folks at this Banfield. They have always been so nice. The day after any appointment, I get a follow-up call to check on my dog. I know it's something small, but they have all seemed genuine and kind. Check-in is always smooth, they listen and are very attentive to your needs. The vets (especially Dr. Miller) has been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend them here, I absolutely love the Banfield in Easley.

I've been using Banfield in Folsom, CA; Rancho Cordova, CA and now Easley SC since 2003. They have always provided excellent customer care. I've had the wellness plan for all my small dogs for the annual dental cleaning.

Went for the hardest day of our Baby Girl. They were so sweet and so accommodating. Even had to call back and make a reschedule for hardest day ever and they never questioned it, just made it happen. I am thoroughly happy w8th their service.

My dog loves these employees so much. He's always excited to go to the vet. The staff welcomes him warmly like he's an old friend they haven't seen in a while. The staff is great at reminding me of appointments, and always call to check on him the following day. I've never seen a dog so excited to go the vet as he is. Thank you Banfield for taking such good care of Jake and for loving him almost as much as I do!

These people are so awesome...They really care about your pet.My visit was a wonderful experience..They listen to your concerns and address the issues..They understand cost can be expensive and unexpected,so they take care of the important issues first....Dr.Nicole Miller certainly picked the right profession..The staff was excellent!
