Indian Land Elementary School

My kids have been going to Indian Land elementary school since kindergarten. Indian Land has grown tremendously since they have started school which seems to be prevalent in the surrounding areas of Charlotte. The school has always provided an excellent education for my children and have been very proactive in helping them if they require additional attention. My children love the principal and assistant principals of the school. The new school will alleviate the overcrowding in the district but the school as a whole has fared very well considering the growth.

Administration and Teachers care a great deal for the students and work hard to make this school great.

This places restrooms were full of pee!!!!! And so many bullys

Extremely overcrowded school with unprofessional faculty and intolerant administrative employees. The people that work at this school do not accept change or constructive criticism. Opening a new school building will not help any of this school's problems unless there are new employees to go along with the building. My daughter's teacher cannot competently teach reading and writing fundamentals of first grade but she did manage to immediately sniff out a granola bar in my child's backpack that had peanut products listed in microscopic print on its wrapper. Of course, my child's snack was immediately confiscated by the peanut police. The teacher must have been hungry. (Maybe she would teach better if I gave her some granola bars. That could be a good incentive program)

I don't like this school or some of the teachers........
