I've been going to Russell since 2001. My wife and I had been going to H&R block for years before. Russell found several mistakes that they made. This was a good bit of money that was owed to us. I trust Russell and he's the only one that has been doing our taxes ever since. He always has a busy schedule. But we always wait for his first available appointment. After our children weren't able to be claimed on our taxes. We started owing money. He took the time to show us how much extra to have taken out of our checks to break even. Or just owe a lot smaller amount to the government. Other places we went to before. They got their money for filing and sent you on your way. Russell takes the time to help you. Even though he has appointments after you. Thank you Russell!!

My taxes have been prepared by Patterson's Tax Services for almost twenty years and during that time I have never had a bad experience at the office. The staff is always friendly (even with dealing with some unruly customers) with a smile on their face. The staff is very well trained and will get you the most in your refund that they can. My son went to H&R Block and they did his taxes and was going to charge him $400 which he did not have (he thought it would be about $200). He called me and I recommended Patterson's. He went there and got his taxes done for less than $100 and actually got back $200 more than H&R Block. I recommend them to everyone.

Donnie and his team are amazing! I've used them for over 15 yrs and never had a problem! You can get the same perks offered at HR Block and other tax chains, but get the exp of people who know their craft. I'd reccomend them to everyone.

I've been having my taxes prepared by companies like M & M Taxes, H and R Block and Liberty Taxes. I had Patterson look at my previous years of filing, and they found over $5000.00 in mistakes. They refiled my taxes and I received three different checks. This happened 3 years ago and I've been going to them ever since. I also referred two of my friends to them and they are both now happy customers of theirs.

We were able to get an appointment right away. The parking area was good, offices were clean, and the employees were courteous. The Tax Preparer was very knowledgeable and efficient. The price was the most reasonable we have found in the Easley area.
