CVS

I went inside looking around to do some shopping. Immediately I was asked if I needed any help. At the time I did not need help I was just browsing. So I told the kind woman who asked if I needed help that I was good for right now. As I was browsing I remembered I was looking for a certain item that I believe you can only acquire at CVS. I calmly made my way back over to the kind woman who asked if I needed any help. This time I told her I was looking for this certain item. She then proceeded to tell me what aisle it was on and which side of the aisle. After I looked where she had told me unfortunately I could not find it. So I went back to the kind lady and explain to her that I could not find it even with her excellent directions. I asked if she could please escort me to the item. Without hesitation she escorted me to the Isle and she showed me what I was looking for. I then proceeded to check out where the this kind lady rang me up and I paid her with cash. She did however give me the exact amount of change back.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy staff has always been helpful, and tonight they went above and beyond to help get my prescriptions for the cheapest price due to a change in my insurance . (I should also mention the pharmacy staff at the CVS in South Hill, VA was very helpful last year when I needed their assistance on an out of town trip).

If you get meds here and are lucky enough to get Jarad… he always helps me keep up with my sons medications…taking time to let me know about refills and the next due date!! I appreciate his help so much!!!

I'm extremely grateful for the posted social distancing signs, the hourly sanitation list, the gloves, masks and sanitizer and the table placed to distance people. My daughter is an employee and I worry and these actions help keep her safe! Thank you to whomever came up with this. In other stores people aren't following the 6 ft distance rule and really have no regard for others. So, Thank you CVS for taking this seriously and helping to keep people safe!

I am a previous Bilo pharmacy customer and have been dreading this switch but I have to compliment this young lady at CVS her name is Rachel and she was so patient, kind and respectful of me this morning...Keep her please, she is an asset..Thanks Rachel..

Store is clean and well organized. New Management is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.
