Chicken Salad Chick

My coworkers and I decided to order some food since everyone was scheduled for training, and it has been a while since we have all been scheduled together. Usually, you have to give a notice for large orders, but Chicken Salad Chick came through for us. We ordered 36 Croissants and they had them ready within a certain timeframe. All of us here at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in Easley would like to the staff!

Excellent service. The manager greeted my mom and I as we walked in to the restaurant. She was also song table touches and was extremely friendly. All of the associates provided exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. My favorite is the sassy scotty. My mom tried the strawberry salad and she said it was devine. I also really enjoyed the broccoli salad.

This was our first visit and it will NOT be our last. Staff is lovely and helpful. Lots of choices for sandwiches , soups or salads. They also have egg salad, a variety of green salads and a turkey club on the menu, for the non chicken salad lover you may have dragged in with you. Everything is freshly made each morning and it shows in both presentation and flavor! There are lots of super healthy and fresh choices. You can ask for a sample of any of the chicken salad flavors before you decide. For a meal you get a sandwich, one side and a yummy frosted sugar cookie. Drink is extra. We got a free cup for ice water and they had fresh lemons at the drink station which was a nice touch! They have yummy soup which you can get as a side. Other sides are Mac 'n cheese, fruit salad ( fresh strawberries, grapes and blueberries), Greek pasta salad, broccoli salad, side spinach or tossed salad. You may choose white, wheat or a croissant for your bread. Toasted or not. There is a "to go" case by the order counter where you can get all salads prepacked or by the pound. They also have a drive thru for a real quick- chick fix! Lol.
The restaurant is very cheerfully decorated and super clean.
We ordered the chicken salad sandwiches both on white bread, one with cranberries and toasted almonds (Aka: The Cranberry Kelli) )and one with jalapenos ( Aka: The Jalapeno Holly). Both were delicious and had the perfect amount of Duke's mayo. I ordered my bread toasted and it was grilled to browned, crispy perfection. It was not hard and dry like toast but fresh and soft with no butter or greasiness. Highly recommend getting your bread toasted here. I got the broccoli salad as my side and it was great. The broccoli florets are cut nice and small then tossed with just a little shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and a delicious, sweet vinaigrette dressing. It was dressed VERY lightly, which I like best. My hubs got the broccoli cheese soup and said it was very good.
The manager, Renee, stopped by our table while we were eating. She was really sweet and chatted for a few minutes. She told us all about the restaurant and how they make everything fresh except bread and salad dressings. Not sure who makes their breads, but they are amazing! She told us about their rewards app and that I can get a free meal on my birthday. Will definitely be cashing in THAT bday offer! This was the most pleasurable, delicious lunch we've ever had for less than $20!
The free cookie was awesome and the perfect ending.

Got the Classic Chicken Salad on a croissant. I always get a side of Grape Salad. It is so delicious. I appreciate that every purchase comes with a delicious iced sugar cookie

Just WOW on this amazing Chicken Salads of all sorts... we had the Lemon Basil and Buffalo Style chick/salad on a croissant...it came with pickle, one choice side and a cookie ...drink is additional...our cashier was very helpful and explained to us the ins and outs of it all... you have the choice to : 1.grab and go in containers, 2. call in orders, 3. dine in, 4. drive thru, 5. order online, or have pkUp 6. DoorDash... there is a bar code on your receipt that you can take a picture with your phone to take a quick survey...look at my pics to pull up a menu or use their app... lots to see and choose from... you can also have a chicken salad /salad... with a scoop on a bed of spring salad mix... or choose a sandwich on croissants, white or wheat bread toasted... they also offer soup of the day... place is very open and has plenty of seating ... they have choices of coke products, Minute Maid pink and reg lemonade or sweet tea ... well worth stopping by... We order from them once a month at my place of work. They never get the orders wrong and always have great communication for pickup and ordering. They recognize us and are kind when we come.

The food is amazing. Best Chicken salad I have ever eaten. All flavors are really good. However my faves are Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and the Buffalo Barclay. On this particular day they were training several new people at once. My heart went out to them, because the managers look frustrated and stressed even though though were being very polite and smiling you could see they were tired. This was during the lunch rush. They got our order wrong, but they gave us the wrong order for free and then corrected the order. I love these people and there food. Everyone there has southern hospitality and I could eat there food everyday. Thank you Chicken Salad Chick for your business.

Super yummy and healthy food for a very reasonable price! The staff were all very friendly as well-I didn't see one not smiling and being friendly. I got my food very quickly as well-I waited less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I love the Fruity Fran on croissant and the grape salad. The pickle on the side is a great balance of flavors.

I got the classic Carol chick and it was great. I loved the flavor and I don’t usually enjoy chicken salad. This I will come back for especially with those cookies!

A colleague and myself stopped in for lunch today at the Easley location, first time for both of us. The food was delicious and flavorful with more than plenty portions. I also ordered a to-go for my wife. She feels the same way about the food as we did.
The manager “Renee” spent several minutes at our table discussing the menu and offered us some samples of other items on the menu. She went above and beyond her duties as manager to educate us on the menu . She excelled in her role as a superior customer service representative!

First time going in and ordering. Attendant was new and learning the menu and register. She was very friendly and trying her best on lunch hours. Im Very satisfied .

Tried two different chicken salads from them today. Let's start with the sassy Scotty, I believe that's what it's named. It was good. The perfect amount of cheese and bacon in the chicken salad and I tried it on a croissant which was flaky and soft. The second scoop I tried was the fruity Fran. I'm normally not a big fruit in my chicken salad person but the apples, grapes and pineapple made this chicken salad so flavorful. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

I stopped here for lunch and never ate here before but I can tell you I loved it. I got the chicken salad BLT Plano recipe and it was a good size portion for the money and I also got a cup of soup with it which I chose to get the tomato bisque which the tomato bisque wasn't the best but the sandwich was so good that I wouldn't even care that the soup wasn't that good. It might just be what kind of soup you like and your own personal preference as to why I didn't like it but again the sandwich itself was really good and the staff was really friendly even giving me a sample of bacon ranch cheese because it was my first time there. That was good so overall I think it was a great positive experience and I'll definitely come back and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Pleasantly surprised. As a quick or fast food option this is one of the best. Interior clean, and nice atmosphere. The counter service was friendly and prompt. Menu was robust and reasonably priced. The quality and taste of the food was great. They even give you a a very tasty cookie with your meal.😊
