I was so impressed with the care that this ER gives their patients. Dr Harrison was knowledgeable and quick to order tests and medicines. All of the nurses were incredibly helpful and kind. Rachel was a wonderful nurse. Thank you all for such quick and delicate care in my extreme time of need. I am so thankful for you all!!

We had to bring my mother who had dementia and they were wonderful to her and to us. They were caring and attentive. They made our stressful situation so much easier. To each of you thank you for doing so much 💗

My daughter woke me up at 4am with extreme abdominal pain. We headed to Easley First Baptist ER and we greeted and registered immediately and she was taken straight back to a room. The nurse and all hospital staff was amazing. I am in the medical field as well and it was great experiencing great patient care! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for being very caring.

I came here Labor Day night and my experience was extraordinary. Probably the best experience I've had at an ER. I came here for a sudden ear infection and some upper respiratory issues and I was here for less than 2 hours, from check in to check out. The other times I've been at an ER, with what i would consider to be more serious problems, I would be at the ER 5+ hrs. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, polite, patient and understanding. The xray tech i interacted with offered me a blanket while I was in the waiting room. The nurse I had was very informative as well and actually ASKED me if I wanted to get a chest xray, even though he said it wasn't necessary, just to make sure my lungs were clear. He left that option up to me, which I greatly appreciate. Gave me and my family peace of mind. Other ERs I don't think would do that. As pleasant as my experience was, hopefully I won't be seeing y'all again anytime soon. 😅

The er doctor put my spouse on ventilator and he never came off and passed away on 052923. He had been being treated at home and was doing ok on oxygen and his oxygen was staying around 90. He said he would not put on ventilator unless really necessary so wanted to believe him. I should of demanded not to be put on for a day or so but wanted to believe him. I know I can't go back now. I just think this doctor was negligent and I actually work for Prisma.

I can't live with myself anymore knowing I didn't stop that doctor from putting my husband on ventilator. He might of got better if I would of just stopped him. I would of been able to talk to him again. I told them he had a hard time getting off ventilator 12 years earlier. I just can't go on not knowing the outcome. It may of been the same but could have been different. I just pray I go soon. I can not go on knowing I did not stop doctor from putting him on ventilator

First of all, I came in with chest pain. I used to work at a hospital and RULE #1: IF SOMEONE COMES IN WITH CHEST PAIN THEY GO STRAIGHT BACK. It took someone 10 minutes to get to the desk. 100% unacceptable. I don't have anything bad to say about the nurse with the exception that it does say in my report "patient left against medical advice." It was at no point stated to me that I was leaving against the advice of anyone at this facility. I was told if I felt like leaving it was "up to me." No one told me a single thing they thought was going on except that I wasn't having a heart attack. Upon asking for pain medication I was told if that was necessary I'd have to stay for more imaging. Of course I am going to leave any medical practice that has not the courtesy much less duty or decency to explain to me what might be happening. A guess would have been better than "we have no idea." You have my bloodwork, you have my X-ray, you have the results on my EKG. Is there anything else you MIGHT be able to rule out?

As someone who cannot afford private insurance, I certainly cannot afford to pay for more imaging without a clue of what may be going on with me. The only reason I left was because I was told I wasn't having a heart attack with no more explanation. I was made to feel like a drug addict upon request for pain medicine when I am merely a person that through they were having a heart attack and in excruciating pain. Believe me, I know doctors are bombarded by junkies on a daily basis. I however am not one and was wildly offended to be treated like one.

If I've learned anything about hospitals, they are most certainly a business. Congratulations y'all! Another highly unsatisfied customer. I'm not one to write bad reviews, I have more productive thing to do with my time. This situation earned it.

They removed my review. Of Amanda Marie Smith
A doctor in assume, that repeatedly told me to get a 2ND MRI.
SHE AND NURSE SAID HOW LOW DOSE RADIATION IS IN MRI.
I FELT BULLIED. I GAVE IN. ( AFTER A CAR WRECK)

IT WAS LIKE THE FLU TIMES 5. MY THROAT CLOSED. BODY PAINS ETC...
THE 3RD WK I WENTVTO NECK AN SPINE SPECIALIST. WANTED TO DO MRI.
I ASK, CLD THY PULL OVER MRI'S FROM PHBE HOSP.
HE DID. HE SAID YOU HAD 2 CT SCANS. I SD NO, MRI'S.
HE SHOWED ME ON SCREEN. HE SAID THATS A DANGEROUS AMT OF RADIATION.
HE SAID, WHY WLD SHE GIVE YOU TWO CT'S IN 1 HOUR???
HE SAID THEY DONT EVEN GIVE CANCER PATIENTS THAT MUCH RADIATION.
I BEGAN TO CRY. I RESEARCHED 2 CT SCANS. IT SAID I WLD PROBABLY
DEVELOPE CANCER IN NXT TWO YEARS. THE SIDE EFFECTS WILL SLOWLY
WREAK HAVOC ON MY BRAIN AND EYESIGHT AND BODY.
IM GOING TO FILE A MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT.

Five and a half hours I waited to be seen for my leg injury. I was told after 5 hours there were four more ahead of me. The signs posted stating everyone must wear masks in the ER were ignored and not enforced by staff, who also did not wear masks. No preventive measures were taken for covid. Signs stating people must keep 6 feet between each other also ignored. I was never once asked to provide my photo ID to verify my identity. A nurse was triaging a patient in the ER waiting room, asking her personal information, including her Social Security number, which everyone in the room heard. Unacceptable. No concern for patient rights or privacy. I never was seen by a doctor after hours and hours waiting. I could not sit with my injury any longer due to pain. I went home. Very seldom do I need emergency care, but I will not be returning here for treatment. Someone needs to look into this.

Great place to come and be forgotten about. If you ask questions they brush you off. When they want blood when you come in for a possible torn ligament the answer is that's what the Dr ordered. Been here 4 hours in the waiting room. Was trialed the registration then a urine sample then blood work and asked to go ahead and pay my copay just incase they miss me when I'm discharged...but nothing about the issue that had me have to be wheeled in to the er. How the hell did this placemanage a D rating. Must have been one hell of a grading curve. And so here I sit still. Was told my wife was not allowed in per company policy...as I sit looking at a man and his wife. No she wasn't being seen.

Yall won't get my business anymore!!! A DOCTOR here prescribed me pain medication for my condition and the hospital won't pre authorize it with my insurance so I can get my medicine and get to feeling better!! I'm still in pain and can't get my medicine because of Easley Baptist hospital.!!!

Would be zero but Google wouldn't allow it

I'm giving this emergency room a 1 star review because my wife was unjustly made to sit in the er waiting room for three hours while showing signs of covid 19 symptoms and I showed up asking questions about why she had been sitting there for that long and the male nurse or doctor that had been pulled to do vitals and registration was completely out of line and rude due to his God complex me and my family will now be taking our emergencies to cannon memorial
