SP+ Parking

It is an okay parking garage. Just be aware that it is cash only garage.

It is a $1 every 15 minutes and it caps off at $10 cash only. The entrance is from Richland street. It is better to park meters because it is cheaper.

The garage could use some maintenance. It works, but it worries me. It is inexpensive, which is nice, but it also closes at 6pm, and I understand it is very difficult to get your car out after that time.

Lighting is not very good and it cost me $10 to park for a short amount of time.

I have still not been given a monthly parking pass even though I paid for it and I have been locked out of the garage for two days now and it’s going to be four days because they don’t open till Monday. I have to now spend more money parking somewhere else. I am extremely frustrated and waisted a lot of money on this place. I feel as though I should be paid back for this month.

No elevators function. Stairwells frequently closed. Fairly certain this doesn't meet ADA standards for accessible parking. Awful garage top to bottom.

Had a horrible experience with the overnight security. I was trying to get my car out of the garage, after a medical emergency earlier that day that made me leave my car. I ended up having to call the cops, once he arrived he had to call his supervisor, the guard still was acting like he had more authority then the cops. Another hour later he received a call from his boss telling him, so long as i showed my badge I'm good..... so 2 1/2 hours later. I'm so upset I had to get the officer to go up and get my car.

So upon entrance the gate was open, no sign that says to obtain a ticket upon entry. Was there for an hour, upon departure stopped at booth and was told no ticket $10. The women at the booth wouldn’t even try to come down on the price. Needless to say I will not go to this garage again. Highway robbery

The elevators don’t work. No credit cards. $10 and bring small bills. The place looks horrible.
