Dr. Stafford saved my sons life. he started having complications from surgery he had and was losing blood. After being ignored by the surgeon, we sought her professional opinion and she immediately took notice to his fatigue, pale appearance and fussiness. After taking my concerns into consideration she immediately checked his hemoglobin, which was considerably low. She then sent us to get more labs at he hospital following her lab results. After a blood transfusion, emergency surgery, and a 3 day ICU stay, she ultimately saved my sons life. Her, as well as nurse Krystal (hope im spelling that correctly) have ALWAYS been my children's number 1 advocate and after an amazing 3 year experience we are so pleased to say thank you and we absolutely LOVE this facility. Doctors, nurses, and all front staff are overly considerate and have always put my children health first no matter the circumstance. Dr. Stafford even called and checked on my son AND myself while in the icu and was in constant contact with the hospital. We will forever be a patient and huge fan of her and her team. We owe her everything.

Amazing customer service. I needed my daughter seen asap and I was able to get a same day appt. The nurses were amazing, gentle and caring and were able to get me all the forms I needed for work and school. Highly recommend them. Denise, Ivonne and April are the best, always there when I need them. Dr Stafford is the absolute best, blessed to have her as my kid’s pediatrician. Dr Lama, Dr Rodriguez and Sarah are amazing as well, I’ve seen them all. Want your kids well taken care of, take them here!! Love NEPA!

Dr. Rodriguez is the best! We have seen him since our first child was born 14 years ago! We travel across town to continue our care with him. He’s gentle and fun with the kids. He is thorough and takes the time to listen. He has provided excellent care with a conservative approach that we appreciate so much.

We followed Dr. Rodriguez III here because he is very fun and makes appointments easy for my baby. He gives me very honest and effective care for my son. He is also the only doctor we kept when we moved to Seguin. We are happy to drive 30 minutes to see him and the only pediatrician I trust with my son.

Dr. Lama has been great. We appreciate the care she gives our children. We also are grateful for the follow up she puts into everything. Her nurse is wonderful and we always have a good experience. Sometimes there is a wait to get in for an appointment, but that is expected with covid and other illnesses it is not always easy to get in right away, but they always try to accomedate.

Staff is always kind and courteous on check in and check out. We absolutely love Dr. Rodriguez he is easy going, focuses on our baby and her needs, very easy to to talk with. His care for our daughter is wonderful.

Dr. Trimble is great! He has always taken the time needed to answer any questions as well make sure we understand everything. My daughter loves going to see him. He always makes sure she understands everything and helps calm any nerves she may have.

I'm so thankful my OBGYN, Dr Harris, suggested this practice! It's only five minutes away and the staff is sweet and prompt. I especially love Dr. Lama! She answers all of our questions diligently and patiently, and is amazing with our newborn, Benji. :) I also love how encouraging she is to us as new parents! 10/10 so glad I come here.

My kids have been with NE Pediatrics since they were born. They are 9 and 7 now. I can always get in when they are sick and while Dr. Stafford is my favorite, I have been pleased with every Dr and PA we have seen. Dr. Stafford’s nurse, Krystal is the absolute best! Always so sweet and always returns my calls.

We absolutely love Dr. Lama!! She is so patient, understanding, and truly hears us out. She told us she likes to “be on the same page as parents.” If we have concerns, she’s willing to look further into an issue and help us find answers. Such a great pediatrician. We are so blessed!

I can’t thank Dr. Stanford and her staff enough! I know the office is super busy and overwhelmed with sick children right with also dealing with their own family! I still felt they really took their time with my toddler. They were thorough and went above and beyond for us. Thank you for taking care of us like family!

Dr. Trimble is so nice and friendly. I am so glad we selected him to be my son's pediatrician. Staff is very nice and friendly as well I haven't had any issues they have multiple offices. And they have an office that available on Saturdays which is even more convenient for a working parent.

Dr Trimble is exceptional! He genuinely cares about his patients and ensures they are getting the best medical treatment. Dr Trimble takes his time and no issue is to small or big to talk about. It is truly a blessing to be able to take your child to a doctor you fully trust and that actually cares about your family. Dr Trimble and his assistant Kat make an excellent team!

Dr. Stafford and her nurse are the best! They always respond within good timing and are there to answer any questions I may have regarding my son. I’m satisfied with my choice in bringing my son to northeast pediatrics and will bring all my future kids here! I have even recommended a few friends with children here as well!🙂

I can't not express how AWWWMAZING they are here. Dr. Stafford treats your child like her own, she is diligent, patient, understanding but most of intentionally compassionate about her "kids". I love her so much that when we moved 40 minutes away, I still go there. I trust no one else, I just wish she treated adults too.

Great staff! Dr. Trimble is great. He listens and addresses every concern. When he’s been unavailable for immediate appointments we’ve seen other doctors and have never had any issues with any of the other staff or doctors. Highly recommended this practice.

Dr Stafford is very friendly and professional. The whole staff is always great! We always feel safe and we’ll cared for when having appointments for my child.

Dr. Trimble is a phenomenal doctor. Very wise, thorough, and caring. One of the very best. This company has many other great doctors as well. Dr. Franco and Dr. Trimble were very knowledge about my son's rare condition, when many other doctors had never even heard of it. I'm very impressed with the knowledge and services received. All of the staff are great and helpful. When it comes to my children, I am very particular and want the best care - I won't go anywhere else!

Caring, made sure to check everything out before diagnosing my son. Once he was diagnosed, she gave me feedback on what to expect on the upcoming days and how to keep my child comfortable. She was great!

We have been Dr Stafford for years! My son loves her and so do I! Her assistant Crystal is also awesome!! I’m so glad to have found this office.
