I LOVE this place!!! OMG 😊❤❤❤! I am VERY particular about my nails, so I cannot comprehend nail techs who do not understand the importance of quality work. However, if you decide to go to this nail shop, you will NOT experience disappointment. Lena and Courtney are stellar! My nails (Lena) and toes (Courtney) are DIVINE😍! Annnnnnd, the salon is sooooo pretty - it's elegant and CLEAN, folks. The price is equal to the level of service, too. A Center Nails and Spa has a new customer - ME, ok???!!!

One of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. The environment was clean, peaceful, and anything than ordinary to other facilities that I have been to. Roxy did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time to ensure that they were perfect and was also a great conversationalist. I love that the techs at A Center Nails always open a new set of tools on their clients. I would definitely recommend!

I was thrilled to watch this new construction come into Old Town and even more so when A Center Nails moved in! The salon is gorgeous! Pristinely clean, decorated with class and elegance and has some special touches you don’t often see in other nail salons.

Comfortable equipment and a super friendly staff. My spa pedicure and regular manicure services were done wonderfully and to my satisfaction. Lena was thorough and took her time.

I loved being able to book my appointment on line (nice little savings was available at the time for doing so) and they have a frequent client card that allows you to gain discounts and free services after so many visits. Yes, walk-ins are welcome too. They even keep the card on site so you don’t have to keep up with one more thing!

I am so glad to have this fantastic new establishment in Old Town Lewisville and I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for nail love and beauty!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. I liked the race diversity among the workers, so much better than the usual nail salons. The two ladies were so kind and my nails look so great. It took a while because she took her time but she was gentle and it’s the best set I’ve ever received. Also I entered with an appointment and that took $9 off :) I can’t wait to go back!! 😍

Many times when I go to nail salon it seems the employees are not as anxious to give me a pedicure (don't blame them either). The lady that dug into my toenails did so seemingly with joy. I was thrilled.

A peaceful, Zen like atmosphere that is beautifully designed. The ladies that work here are professional and do an amazing job. The prices are more than reasonable. And they even have a perk with a punch card that after a number of visits(I believe 10). Your 10th service is free. I'll never go anywhere else.

These girls were an absolute joy! They know their stuff! This was a first time visit as we are from out of town. Reservations were booked in advance for a discount, and for the next 2 hours we were pampered like queens. Honestly can't say enough about how beautiful and full of life these girls are! Full bar here ladies! You won't be disappointed!

I visited the salon with my daughter for her graduation. I enjoyed the service I had done. The Ladies all have very good customer service skills and I was made to feel as if the day was all about me as well. When the area again I will surely stop in.

I just tried this place for the first time and it is so clean and nice! The nail technician named Roxy gave me a deluxe pedicure and she did an amazing job, she took her time and did not rush at all. It was an amazing experience!

I love this place! The girls are very talented nail artists! I’m always telling ppl about this cute salon! Great ladies and great customer service, can’t beat the prices either! I highly recommend this nail salon!!

Such a nice place and great service. We had a group of 4 friends that went for girl time with manis and pedis. The spa was clean, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and my mani and pedi were relaxing and look great! Highly recommend and will be back!

Such a classy place! Everyone is so nice and professional. I got a manicure and my friend got acrylics; both turned out beautifully.
