Cannot compliment the customer service here enough! Google says the store is open until 9, but it is actually 8. The ladies were more than welcoming even though we had accidentally come in five minutes before close. We turned around to leave but an employee assured us it was okay to come in and shop. I felt terrible but I knew what I needed to get and my reward expired today so I rushed and was out before 8. The ladies weren’t pushy or visibly annoyed at all. Told us to take our time and still walked us through the sales, all smiles no issues. I appreciate it more than you know.

I needed a gift for a special lady that works for me. Last week she said she wanted smell good to feel better about herself. I went in not sure of what to get and the ladies working were of such great help!!! Inwas able to get a great gift and at a reasonable price to I even got me a little something! I will be back of course!!!

This is by far the best bath and body works store and I'm a frequent customer here. The ladies, especially the manager, are so super friendly and helpful. I love coming to the Seguin location because they are SO much more friendly than any I've been to in San Antonio. They are engaged and ask questions to help find you exactly what you need or are looking for.

I love this place. Such great products! And they are always having awesome sales! There's a guy that works at the one in Seguin and he is always so friendly and always has a bright happy smile and is very helpful!

The young girl working there ,was very helpful. She took the time to show me the different products that they had. Wish I would have got her name. She was very polite.
