I just finished renting a property from one of their Real Estate Agents, Erum Ail. 22 days after the lease is complete, she is charging me $7,364.75 total.

$1739.75 for damages she feels were done to the home which were taking out of my initial deposit of $2,542.50. IN ADDITION TO*******I AM BEING CHARGED A $5,625.00 JUST FOR HAVING A PET IN THE HOME TEMPORARILY. (Yes, pet fine 22 days after the lease has already terminated)

*******TOTALING $7,364.75.

She says since she doesn't know when the pet arrived, she has the right to retro-actively since day one of the lease charge me a fine daily.

Long story short, she only found there to be $1739.75 in damages, yet she took my deposit in full of $2,542.50, and is saying I sill owe her $4,822.25. She is threatening me regarding my credit in her initial demand letter.
