these scam artists will attempt to lie and cheat money out of your pocket while claiming they are doing what is required of them. they will lie to your face about pest control and taking care of things in a timely manner. they will lie about the kind of place their apartment complexes are (aka they told me my apartments were ideal for grad students as it was “always very calm and quiet”) and my upstairs neighbors had parties 3 nights a week and on weekends and nothing was done about it ever. if something breaks don’t expect it to get fixed, don’t expect anything to be clean around the property and don’t ever expect them to be courteous and kind about anything. SCAM. ARTISTS. do NOT under and circumstances rent through this company it’s worse than SCOTT BROWN.

NEVER EVER STAY IN THESE PROPERTIES!
I had the worst experience of my life living in these apartments. I would have given them zero stars if possible. I lived in the french quarters building. First of all, their building has the worst architecture causing a lot of problems during stay. The inspection officers kept coming because the people living there kept complaining. Their only motto is to extort money and somehow run their business as all renters face problem and leave immediately after their first lease gets over. Nobody wants torture. Their washing machine keeps breaking down. Their parking area has problems always and you end up parking at the streets where thefts take place. Their property is often breached and thefts happen and there is no safety or security. Somebody breached the property wrote abusive words on apartment doors and vehicles, we had to call the police while another tenants bags were stolen from inside the property and these things keep happening there. Simply do not go there if you value you life, stuff and piece of mind. The manager does not help or support a bit instead she is a nightmare and if you ask the higher authorities none come forward to help. Let me tell you how:
They stole electricity from our connection to run heavy machines to make cement, used it for the whole day when we were not present without our permission, we caught them red handed when we returned and they refused to do anything about that. The manager even refused to pay the damage caused and instead fully argued with me over phone in an abusive tone calling me names and that too when I am pregnant. She made a hell out of my time there and it was such a torture that I decided to take care of my unborn baby first rather than solve my matters and follow up. We decided to move out asap but again she and the property were a torture to us! They made us pay huge amounts during the last months looted us thoroughly had the worst nightmare of life while I am 7months pregnant,they simply took the security money and even asked for another $750 for apartment repair which was totally false. The manager lady is racist towards me and a living nightmare. I am still unable to describe the time I had to spend there and I just do not want to think of it but it keeps coming back as it is such a big torture for me and my baby. I am 8 months pregnant and these properties are still charging us money. i would go to troubles to file police cases against them but since I am pregnant I do not want to go through anymore torture and lose my life or my baby- this the extent of their torture. I have all the pictures and evidences for what they have put me through and I will post them everywhere on every review. There were tenants who had been paying electricity more than what they used and everyone of them complained without any solution. There is a reason they have such bad reviews. Never go there if you do not want loss of piece, finance and worst nightmares in your life.

I HIGHLY recommended NOT moving into any property owned by this business. I didn't have any problems 80% of the time until the month leading into my final 30days there. The manager either lost my check or some how the drop box had a whack malfunction. She didn't inform me until 2 weeks after the first of the month. By then she had already been racking up late charges. Once I got the final statement from her I owed close to $1k for an apartment I only paid $695 /mo.
On top of that I spent three days before moving out cleaning and making sure everything was intact. I didn't get my deposits back and got charged another $345 for lucaris reasons.

DO NOT LIVE IN ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES
