Lacy was a little hard to get ahold of, but once I did she was super sweet and my hair looks great.

I made an appointment via her online system, she confirmed and I also received confirmation texts and emails. When I showed up to the place, the building was closed and she didn’t show up. I called her and texted her but didn’t get a response. Then I even waited around for 10 mins but she never showed up. I can’t believe I moved my schedule around for this. 🤷🏽‍♀

Waited 15 minutes and she never showed up. Tried calling and went straight to voice mail. I highly suggest not using her.
