Custom Ink

I’ve been working with this custom ink for about two years now and the staff has always been so helpful! They helped with the design of our embroidery logo and made it look so nice. They were just wonderful overall. Jake was so nice and understanding and I appreciate all the hard work they did for me! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. :)

I needed a shirt last minute and I was able to call Custom Ink and get my shirt the next day. It was such a great experience and they made me a wonderful shirt. Jake and Danny were so helpful and so nice. Thanks so much for such a great experience, I look forward to coming here again when I need another shirt made.

I heard about Custom Ink through another friend who used them for some charity fund raising, we have used them several times now for a new charity. They use high quality materials for their shirts and sweatshirts and are very knowledgeable about their products and prices. Customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere! Sophia really helped us find the balance between price point and quality that will keep our donors coming back again and again! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

We needed 6 t shirts made with a customized design in less than 24 hours. Danny and the design team totally delivered. Every step of the way. Total Service Even when I came back for a rush on rush additional t shirt ! Pleasantly surprised.

I had such a wonderful experience here at Custom Ink. Jake was so friendly and extremely helpful throughout my entire last minute process. He took his time to explain my options; he told me how different colors would appear when printed and how the overall design would look on different shirts; he sent my design to the design team which was returned on the same day. Thanks to Jake and Custom Ink, my husband and I had the cutest shirts to wear for our baby's gender reveal.

Excellent customer service!! We ordered t-shirts from Custom Ink for a group trip. I asked a rep a question about the shirt, and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Leila M. helped me, and she was wonderful. I wish more companies were like Custom Ink. I will definitely continue to use them!

I can’t say enough good things about custom ink. I had been looking for specific shirts online however no one could get them to me in time for Houston Pride. I came across custom ink and I gave them a call. I spoke with Will and he stated they could do the shirts and have them to me the same day! I was in disbelief, I drove down to the location and met with Will Abernathy and he took care of me. He was skillful, courteous, and had a great personality. I walked into custom ink at approximately 1:30pm, I left around 2:10 PM, and I got a call at 4:52 PM that my shirts were ready! How cool was that....and they looked great! After picking up the T-shirts I was a happy man but it got better. I went inside the bag to take another look at the shirts and there was a note from Will that said “Thank you for choosing customer ink, I’m so glad I got to help you with this order.....happy pride, love wins!” See that’s how you show customer appreciation.

They were reasonably priced as well. The shirts only cost one dollar more than the ones I saw online! Custom ink, you now have my business and Will Abernathy you rock !!!!!

Custom Ink is not the cheapest option out there, BUT they do have the BEST customer service in the industry! I have ordered from them several times with large orders. I have had an issue or two with an order, but they were on top of it and I never missed a deadline because of their awesome customer service. Custom Ink rocks! The staff at there Houston office is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

It was a genuine pleasure meeting with Jake and I appreciated him walking me through the Custom Ink process. The knowledge that he had of the product and attentiveness to the needs of my brand did not go unnoticed. I came in last minute wanting 18 graduation shirts done for the next day & Ms. Sophia was there too save my day!!! She was very very helpful, & she was so sweet. She took very good care of me & not only was she sweet & helpful, she got my shirts done the same day!!! I was so excited & very thankful for Ms. Sophia. She did exactly what I asked & my shirts came out PERFECT!!!! I definitely recommend this place. Their customer service is very professional!

Anne was great. She was patient with my multiple requests to see alternative options. She explained to me all of my options, the associated price points and gave me an approximate timeline. I’m not artistic so collaborating with Anne was perfect. Patient, polite, extremely nice and overall great at what she does.

Dominique helped us create a small order of shirts for new years on short notice and they turned out great. He was helpful walking us through the process and explaining our options, etc. Shirts were done in less than a day and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

Custom Ink put the FUN in FUNDRAISER!! They were incredible to work with - helpful, responsive, offered invaluable expertise when it came to choosing the right products for our group… I can’t say enough glowing things about them! There’s even a storefront in Houston for you to go in and talk with a representative! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently ordered t-shirts for our church. The entire experience was great. The website is easy to use. Danny, the store manager, was very helpful in enhancing my original design and in explaining the ordering options. The shirts were delivered several days before the "promised by" date. All of the shirts looked great. No complaints. I definitely recommend using Custom Ink.

Sophia at the Houston office was very helpful in presenting various tshirt options and also color matching a difficult color for our nationals tennis team shirt. The whole corporate team was also really professional and responsive to our needs to ensure we received everything in advance of our deadline. How wonderful it is to have one of the best online stores right here in Houston. I was shocked and delighted and amazed by how easy and fast everything went. It felt good to order from a reliable company such as custom ink. Customer service was A+! Both Marissa and Danny are great. Super cool and knew how to do get the job done.
