Alex was very kind courteous and helpful and helped us with all the issues that we faced. Like transferring from T-Mobile to Cricket wireless. T-Mobile was absolutely terrible and would not unlock 🔓 our phone! The customer service was terrible at T-Mobile! We are so grateful that we switched to Cricket!💯 Alex helped us with all of our issues and he is the best customer representative we have had in a long time! I didnt catch his name but the guy working Monday march 13 2023 was super nice and super helpful. Even when my clumsy 12 year old knocked his whole tablet off the table he didn't even get upset. And he got her phone working in no time. Excellent customer service.

I had the best experience today with these two ladies Brandy & Esme they helped me when I thought that I wouldn’t be able to get a new phone way to girls, girl POWER!! Good music too! They are a blast go check them out.

My friend got a great deal on a cell phone and (AT&T towers) service ... 8 gig data plan for $45 per month. No contract update his phone whenever he feels like it. ... Cricket is a great service ... month to month .. no credit check ... just stay paid .. and you have great nationwide coverage! Simple .. cheap easy!

Okay cricket is really cool shop I bought many phones from them over the years . I've used service on and off for many years as well they've always sold good phones and always had great service when I lived in Texas their customer service was always good I just recently purchased a phone for my daughter it's been great being able to talk to her everyday thanks cricket

I have had service at this location for almost a year now and I love it. The people there are always cheerful and will help you the best they can, they even helped me with my iphone that the 242 cricket location had messed up, they did not charge me the $20 sim card that the 242 location was trying to charge me, they looked at my phone and fixed it right away at no cost. The manager was really helpful and the young tall man Chris was very cheerful, if you have trouble with your phone and not trying to get ripped off go to the Conroe location on 336 not the location on 242.

Good selection of phones and equipment. In my opinion, the best pricing around. No "nickel and diming" of fees. Customer service is exceptional. Been a customer for over 7 years !

There Prices compared to AT&T is unbelievable. AT&T charges Twice the Amount for Service with their Towers and Mobile Billing. Since AT&T merged with Cricket, You get the same Connections using their Network and Towers for more the Half the Price off. If you don't believe me, then Check ✔ it out yourself !

My daughter and me had cricket for a time while we inbetween phone plans. It was good for what it was but we weren't with them long enough. We had went to the cricket wireless in palastine,texas and the staff were very friendly and helpful with what we needed
