Schertz Bank & Trust

I have been with Schertz Bank & Trust for a little over 2 years. I have used them for some business loans and I have both savings and checking accounts with this bank. I do not know how to put it other than it will take a big truck with some big chains to drag me away from this bank.Todd and Kalley are absolutely the best. They have consistently given me the very best service that anyone could ever hope to receive from a bank!

So far, so good. Dealt in-person with Peggy. Very nice woman. Professional, pleasant, speedy. We are new customers, but from everything I can see, this bank looks like a reputable, good, ol' fashioned institution. No weirdo concierge bubbleheads at the door wheeling around laptops and handing out pointless literature or trying to upsell pointless products.

Been a client with Schertz Bank & Trust for over 5 years now. Excellent people to deal with. They really care about their customers!

Here were are doing nothing

Don't struggle to pay your bills with the failing economy and overdraft your account to keep from being homeless or they'll shut your card down so you can't use it even though you always pay back the absurd late fees. This bank is soulless make an account at your own risk

I have had the unfortunate need to deal with this bank twice. Both times it was a deposit for a non profit of over $2500 and both times the tellers were rude and actually disrespectful, Jennifer was the worst. They were compleatly unwilling to do even the easiest of tasks. I had my DL, was on the account and they would not even look up the account number forcing me to go back home to get it. I will NEVER go there again.

This is a terrible organization. This branch in particular. They only deposited 1/3 of my check then not even a week later after fixing that issue they put a block on my card for no reason with no way to get it working again without calling the back itself, which was closed. This was the 5th time it has happened too me and do nothing about it not even a courtesy call to even check if it's me. They will also never return you're calls so you will have to call to fet any info you need. They have bad hours and horrible customer service. Don't use this bank is the sum up of what I'm saying
