Great place. I love finding a new candle smell and a new lotion. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

I love to have their good smelling lotions always at hand. They make a great gift too because it is not a nic nac that would be collecting dust... it is something they will use and appreciate. I do take advantage of their coupons and offers to get a better price, because as they are, for me they are a little pricey

Love the pickup option. Always fast, accurate and a friendly. Also love the special rewards you get on the app… even though the app is not one of my favorites. Still 5 stars for the service and value.

So if anyone read my last review they would of known I gave a secret of theirs away but it's such an awesome secret they asked nicely if I would remove it so I did. But if you ask someone from the store then I'm sure they will tell you if you ask not cely and get to smelling good again!!!

Used my coupons that I had. Staff is very friendly. Had a great varieties and assortments of shower gels, body cream candles, hand soaps, hand sanitizers. I did notice that there was a great assortment of men items at this location

Came to the location for the first time in forever in Saturday for my mother day gift. The store is clean and organize. Was greeted right when I walk in the door by the two girl in the front. I was ask immediately if I needed help with anything. The store is busy even at 7. They had greet deals. I recommend coming earlier if they have deals because they is sold out of some product I wanted. I don’t see pick up counter for online order so I don’t know if they have. I will be back to the store

This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store! The employees here are very kind and helpful, especially Jazmin! I was having a crummy day and I am so glad I stopped here on my lunch break. Jazmin helped me pick out the perfect scents. This visit truly brightened my day.

Love ❤ it. Candles are very very overpriced, even when on sale 😒. Buy 3 get 2 or 3 Free on overpriced merchandise is not a true bargain... Thats probably why they have so much unwanted merchandise, that's always on sell... mmmm

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The store is beautiful, well stocked, and wonderfully organized. The variety is great and there's something for everyone.

I love their semi annual sales. My go to is the lotions and body wash. The aromatherapy section is great as well.

The service at Bed Bath and Beyond always seems to be very good. I like the one in Katy Mills mall. But whenever things are busy in town this one seems to be a little easier to get to you. The staff there is just as amazing as all the others I just wish they had a little bit nicer store. Check out the pumpkin marshmallow candles they're amazing

This store was going to go above and beyond to recover the poor performance of another location. The employees were polite and had the knowledge to know what to do. Get help from a manager. The manager Izzy really wanted to create a better experience. I appreciated her effort.

The sale was good but no lotion in tube for moonlight path ☹. My favorite, so I got cherry blossom instead. Didn't like waiting outside when all other bath and body works you can just enter again without waiting outside in a line. But it just opened and its in my neighborhood so it was convenient to shop there.

Another one of my favorites 💖💖☺😍🥰 and no matter how expensive the candles are, the quality and strong fragrance will keep me going! And they also have amazing moisturizing hand and body lotion 🧴

This store is so organized and always welcoming. I sometimes order pickup and they never disappoint.
