Office Depot

I have been a repeated customer of Office Depot over many years mostly due to necessity. Throughout this time I have visited numerous stores in Houston as well as other major cities and this is my first time writing a review. Ashley, who was working in the Full Service print department was OUTSTANDING not just with me but with the other customers I saw her interact with. While all customers receive service ,Ashley provided STELLAR customer service. Ashley, was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I watched her treat the customers before me with respect and gentle guidance. Once it was my turn she treated me the same. While this particular location is not the closest in proximity to my office I will drive the extra distance for my needs (even if they do not include print service) just because of Ashley. I pay attention to where I spend my hard earned dollars and will gladly do business where I know they employ people like her. Huge thank you to Ashley for being a difference maker! May all your good deeds be returned to you quickly!

GREAT, OUTSTANDING, CUSTOMER SERVICE From Yadira and Michael! Store looks good and has a friendly atmosphere. Yadira was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really listened to me and I appreciated that. Michael was also wonderful as he was the person who checked me out. He made sure that I got everything that I needed. He was also very knowledgeable. With employees like Yadira and Michael, OFFICE DEPOT NW FWY IS DEFINITELY MY "GO-TO" SUPPLY STORE!

This a great Office Depot store! They have a tremendous variety of products for both home and business office and always give great service with a friendly and helpful attitude!

Service was great! I was offered assistance immediately and the associate quickly found what I needed.

Needed copy service early in the morning and first went to a CVS and was told they don't do copy service, then came here. The staff greeted us and we got the copy done and saved my day.

Prints were done properly and on tme. I was able to give simple instructions and only have to leave my phone number because I had used the print service before.

Office Depot has always been the store I could come for all my business needs. I am a retired accountant and I recommend any Office Depot store for any one in business. I highly recommend Office Depot to all college students for their needs. It will be an invaluable aid/assistant during your college days/career!

Even though it takes forever to get some assistance on the printing department and some people are incompetent . Employees like Tiffany Green make up for it.

I recently had a problem with one of my print orders and was really worried about it. But within minutes, Steve, Joanne and Tiff were on the case - they listened to my problem and worked quickly to resolve it. Their customer service is top notch and I couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful team Office Depot!

I have been looking for a new office chair for months! I have been everywhere and it seemed like the only place to find them now-a-days was online. Who doesn't want to sit in a chair before they buy it?! Anyways... I stroll into this Office Depot on Saturday morning and on the left was immediately 40+ different chairs all perfectly on display and I was able to make THE RIGHT choice the first time. Then, I was helped by the manager up front and she was absolutely WONDERFUL (knowledgable, friendly, prompt, and her team clearly liked her.) This may be long winded about a chair but that was my birthday present and it absolutely made my weekend. Thank you to this Office Depot for "keeping it real!"

Professional friendly staff store organized well to locate office supplies needed

I was in a hurry but since I frequent Office Depot. I was able to grab what I needed plus some cute sticky notes.

I had order a large print online but it came out blurry and when I came a spoke with Ashley she was extremely helpful and understanding.

absolute delight when i was looking for the 'right' printer cartrige and there appeared an employee asking if i was finding everything alright and then filling me in on my options! Great store
