CB2

I’ve been buying multiple items from them recently, and I’ve been really impressed by their quality. All of their designs are gorgeous. Moreover, they’re very responsive. We bought an entryway cabinet that had a slight issue with the door, and the customer service rep brought someone in just 2 days to get it fixed. I’d recommend CB2 highly for any home furnishing needs.

It is a nice medium sized store/showroom. Employees are helpful. I just came by for pick up order. There was an issue with missing several items and the store manager quickly rectified it. No complaints.
Parking is accessible and paid by meter.

Even though I did not make a purchase on my first visit, I appreciated the customer service experience I received. Moments before, I had visited a different furniture store across the street, and not a single person greeted me, spoke to me, or acknowledged my existence. I left feeling invisible. In contrast, within seconds of entering CB2, Mila greeted me with a smile, and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. She listened to my needs, showed me the options she thought might work for me, offered free fabric swatches to take home, and made me feel like a valued customer, even though she knew I would not be purchasing that day. I would much rather support a business whose associates are happy I entered their store than one that makes me feel unwelcome.

So glad to have a CB2 in Houston. The location is great and it’s a nice addition to the Rice Village area. It’s very well laid out and full of fantastic produts. The staff were all very friendly and we’ve already recieved the two planters we order which we love!

I don't usually post reviews, but I feel like I have to because our experience was quite the opposite that I saw one reviewer had with Antonio. He and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. They were welcoming, polite, patient and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend a visit to this CB2 and would highly recommend dealing with Antonio or any of the staff.

Amazing store lay out and great offerings that are on trend with home design and decor. The furniture is beautifully designed for a modern home that incorporates a multitude of textural elements from marble, stone, leather, buclé, wool, and more. The prices are fair for what you get in quality and design. I have many things I’ve ordered online from them and they have lasted me well beyond what the low market equivalent would. Definitely recommend investing in art work, mirrors, and frames from here. Well worth it.

I love this store! It has absolutely useful attractive design. CB2 has everything you need to re-do a dated home! You must get a catalog or visit the store, you will love it!

Great location! AJ was a huge help and everyone helping us jigsaw our purchases in the back of the car were great! Glad to have CB2 in the neighborhood

CB2 is crate and barrel sister company. If one store doesn't have it then definitely try the other.
