My boyfriend and I are new to shopping for mattresses so we weren’t sure what to expect when heading into the store. Sidney was SO helpful and explained the details of all the potential options without overwhelming us! He was also so patient with all of our questions, and we are happily leaving today with a new mattress. Thankful for the pleasant experience at this store!

When I first found this place on the Internet, I was wondering how the customer ratings could be so high. But soon after entering the shop, I quickly realized why. Deon helped me throughout the whole time and he was absolutely the best. He was very informative and he made sure to accommodate all of my needs to help find the mattress that fit me the most. In the end, I got a great deal for the mattress that I really wanted! If you are looking for a good mattress with a reasonable price and great customer service, this location would be a great place to shop.

I went in the store looking for a mattress for my lower back issue and Sidney did a fantastic job showing me the different types of mattress that were available. He not only educated me on the different types of bed they offer, but we were able to narrow down on the bed that best fit my needs. He was also kind to adjust my order when I had to make a change

Nice collection of mattresses and great staff. Sydney and Gloria especially were very supportive of finding something for me and providing guidance on sleep and mattress fit. As a side sleeper I really need to test and try mattresses for a good bit before I make a purchase. Good customer service!

Johnna did an excellent job helping us find the right mattress. We explained to her we wanted a mattress for a guest bedroom and most guests would be our older parents and she showed us several mattresses in different price points, thoroughly explained pros and cons of each and then gave us space to decide. Great beds at great prices! Mr Tom was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing a new mattress with an an adjustable base. I would recommend this store and Mr Tom to anyone. He did not pressure us but gave us all the information we needed to make out decision!

We have looked at mattresses for the past week and we were completely impressed by Mattress Firm adjustable beds. Sooooo run, don’t walk to the Rice Village store.

Never mattress shopped before. Went in on the Wednesday before Black Friday with my boyfriend, and Gloria was such a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured into a decision or rushed, and she was very accommodative. She was very informative and also helped us get the best bang for our buck. We are moving in a month but wanted to make sure and scoop up the holiday deals, Gloria and the store manager Sydney were able to hold the delivery until our move and keep the process super simple for scheduling. Sydney also helped us get the correct color sheet set after we were sent the wrong ones in our pillow bundle! Super easy, super friendly & make this adulting thing not so scary! :)

I had the absolute best experience with this store. My fiancee and I have been on the market for a new bed to replace our cheap, old, fragile IKEA bed. Our old IKEA bed was causing us both back pain. The associate in the store (Eduardo) was extremely nice and professional. He helped us pick the right bed by letting us test multiple beds.

We ended up getting a nice Sleepy Hush soft bed. They had an incredible sale going on that allowed us to get a free base ($499 value). So he gave us an adjustable bed with a free base, plus a 50% discount on the delivery, a 50% discount on the headboard bracket and $50 dollars off the actually bed. In addition, the bed showed up in less than 48 hours! What an amazing deal. We knew we couldn't walk away from this deal.

My fiancee and I are super happy with our purchase and we definitely recommend this store over the competitors. The price we got on this bed was definitely lower than the other places we looked.

My wife and I stopped in after work a few days ago and Sid hooked us up. We had been putting off buying a new mattress for a bit too long, but we still weren't sure what type we wanted. Sid asked us some questions and gave us a rundown of our options and before we knew it we had a new mattress ready to be delivered the next day. It was an easy and fun experience.
