-If you are looking to have your money and time wasted please hire tammy moon as your mediator. My lawyer made it seem as though she was so professional and great but that was far from the truth.

Let’s break down the following:
Mediation
- [ ] she cut me off several times throughout the mediation and arbitration processes but allowed the opposing counsel to drag the time session which cost me more money to pay her. I kept on requesting for my attorney to end the mediation and let’s proceed to take the case to trial since the mediation was going nowhere. But she refused to let that happen knowingly that I wasn’t satisfied with the experience.
- [ ] She tried to charge for mediation fees when I was scheduled for arbitration and then emailed me indicating that her I had to pay for the difference since her law firm made the mistake of mixing the two events
- [ ] She tried to charge me another $475 for a ruling but never mentioned it would be additional fees during arbitration
She allowed the opposing counsel to disregard her own set of deadlines pertaining to the outline of what’s needed for her to arbitrate.
Question: If she asked each counsel for documents to support their position by July 5th why she allowed the opposing counsel to turn in their documents on the day she was originally suppose to rule. She changed the deadline of making her ruling to July 20th and still didn’t make a decision. Then she sent an email to my attorney indicating that she will make a ruling on July 25th by 5 pm.
Also she didn’t give a reason as to why she didn’t approve for retroactive child support.
Overall, she made a rushed ruling off of pressure and not actual facts. Tammy Moon is and will be a piss poor representation of family law. She’s a scammer and failed to uphold her legal obligations. She can’t be trusted to make sound and logical decisions when it comes to the livelihoods of parents and children.
I should have went with my gut and never trusted anything my attorney have said about her. Lack of accountability and fairness is what I received from her.
