I have never had anything but excellent customer service dealing with Customer Service. The help line is better than most, and it’s automated! When I need a live rep, my call is quickly transferred and answered. Those folks have never failed me.

For over 21 years, my family and I have been able to count on the friendly, courteous and professional services at this Wells Fargo bank.
They assisted with our first home purchase mortgage here. Helped open the first savings, checking and credit card accounts for our kids.
Great service in the and lobby and drive through.

Im out of town coming from Miami ,and I needed to get money and there was none of my bank here in Texas ..and I went to wellsfargo and this young lady help me out a lot and took her time to try to get that cash for me ..she went above and beyond ..I wish I know her name to say it here but unfortunately I don’t ..but thank you so much

Had a Wells Fargo account because my parents have one here, honestly I didn’t like this bank so I changed to a different one. Service was good but it just wasn’t for me

Bad,bad, i wanted to do automatic withdrawal from my checking account. $200.00 a month. Well they are trying to take out $450.00 and my account says no. I thought i had cleared it up last month. Nope samething this month....S.M.H. CRAZY...

Had an appt at 10am and got there to Waite early but still had to Waite even after my appointment time. I banked for Wells Fargo for years and to see them go down hill is crazy.
