A few weeks ago I was driving from Austin to SA when I found myself stranded in a New Braunfels gas station at night alone and with a truck load of furniture. I called the nearest AZ and spoke to David. I explained my situation and without hesitation he took down my details, brought a battery to me, and installed it. What a lifesaver!!! Had an issue with my trucks taillights not turning off. I pulled up to this AutoZone on Walnut Ave in New Braunfels. Paul was working behind the counter. I told him the issue, and he said, "Let's go see what the problem is." For over 45
minutes, Paul worked on the problem and was able to fix it for me. Paul is an Awesome person! He definitely went above and beyond for me. Thank you Paul

Great Job guys! Tonight I bought Griot's Garage Ceramic Speed Shine and Pro-Elite ceramic detailing towels and Pro-Elite Super Plush Finishing Towels ( w/ Military discount) and detailed my car in the parking lot nextdoor and 40min from the time I bought the products I had to drive back and show them the results! They have served me with a smile in the past and wanted them to know how good some of the products they sell are. If you look close you can read the Auto Zone sign in the reflection! Yup did the window as well! Flipped the picture to show the sign btw! Sgt. USAF Vet.

Drove in from San Antonio to enjoy the river and my car battery died. José helped me find what i need, as well as took time in the heat to switch my battery out. Thank you soo much for having such a compassionate and helpful team here!

I bought a battery here and after four months it went dead. After taking it back here, they replaced the battery for free and Eric helped me out and put the battery in my car and I didn’t even ask him too! He was so kind and really fun to talk to. He really eased my frustrations with having a dead battery earlier in the day.

Thanks to Paul at the Walnut location in New Braunfels. I was struggling to start a lawn mower last week and he went out of his way to assist me. Though he didn't have the exact spark plug I was looking for, he found another one that he believed would work and insisted that I take it home and try it and then let him know if it worked or not. It did - and my yard looks much better! Thank you!

Great friendly, kind, considerate. helpful, people work there and they sell quality goods. Excellent service is given to the customer and you feel happy when you leave. When there with my 1970 GMC pickup and got exactly what l needed. So helpful wonderful employees.

Came in to get a new car battery. Staff was very friendly, everyone masked up by city policy. I appreciated both.

Maria, one of the managers, took care of me. She installed my battery in the 100 degree heat. Despite the heat, she was very friendly and we had a nice conversation.

She kindly pointed out my coolant was low. I hadn't noticed but it before but it was at the very bottom of the safe recommended level. We went back in, made that purchase too. Then she came back out with me to pour that in as well.

I was very impressed with her efforts at customer service. This location has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. My family will keep coming back for years.

Jimmie helped me install a new battery in my truck. It was so corroded that the terminals also needed to be replaced. He is a rock star! Employees like him are few and far between. He was very patient and explained everything as he went along. He is a keeper!

Love this place!! This is our go to spot for anything we need for our vehicles. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable!! Went today as always we were in and out in no time, super helpful Robert changed the battery we got quickly on the spot and we were on our way! Can't say enough good things about coming here!
