Clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Julie was always there smiling and took care of the packages I would send out for my business. Also sold me the cutest stamps they had available.

The staff is always extremely courteous and friendly and handle disgruntled customers with decorum. I ship a lot of packages and have only witnessed the upmost quality of customer service from the entire team. A+ y'all

I love all the staff at the Seguin Post Office on Court Street. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I know everyone has their good and bad days, but all the employees have consistently been friendly and accommodating as to my postal needs. Very thankful.

UPDATE: I received a phone call with an apology and guarantee from a caring employee at the Seguin Post Office on a Sunday stating that this issue would be addressed and that my package will be delivered when we are available. It is unfortunate that the product's company chose USPS as their carrier in hopes it would arrive earlier, yet due to staff incompetence, it still gets delayed. I am thankful for the assistance from both Amazon, USPS, and the Seguin Post office in addressing this issue. Changing my rating to 4/5 from 1/5.

I would give a "0" if I could. Three times a notice for a "missed delivery" was left on our door when we were home all day. They didn't ring our doorbell, knock on the door, or anything! There was even a car in front of our house! How hard is your job that you can't even check to see if people are home? I am a healthcare provider and am very busy driving 3 hours each day to work. Am I supposee to stand outside my door all day waiting for my mail? I don't have time to waste to pick up a package that I paid to be delivered to my door either. If I cared for my patients with the same neglect and disregard PEOPLE WOULD DIE! This is so frustrating. You can be sure USPS and amazon will hear about this horrible service!
