Top Notch Truck and Trailer

This team did a great job installing my bumpers on my F250. In a world full of bad service, this place was wonderful. They’re a great group of people and I highly recommend them.

Everyone I met here is top notch (not just the trucks and trailers). Had a bed cover put on my 2019 tundra and they worked with me to find a way to keep my headache rack even suggesting ways I could save money by putting the 2” headache rack riser in myself. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and each conducted themselves as though it was their business. Very happy to find that with all the “not my problem” mentalities you have to deal with nowadays.

Brought my Jeep in for a lift and tires. We were so lost in the sauce. With all the other shops we went to it was” what are you looking for and we will give you a price. Javier at TNT broke everything down to us and really help us find a great kit and tires! Great staff, great kits and great prices!

I was in a pinch after the new car we bought and *thought* came with a pre-installed hitch, and we were prepping to move across the country within the week. Justin was able to take care of us and get everything ordered and completed within 24-hours. He was very kind, and I am so grateful for his help! Bonus: it was cheaper than any other quote I received. They came recommended to us by a few others, and I’d say those recommendations hold true: I’d come back! Thanks again for everything!

Installed new front bumper and grill guard. Good price and work was done quick and right. Will go back for other truck needs.

Update: Still best place around, over the years they have added a new exhaust, cold air intake, rear bumper, headache rack, tires and wheels, morimoto headlights (issues with lights but not thier fault and they worked with us to get a fix) and a 6" lift.

Buying a new truck soon and this is the 1st stop for it!

First off Thank you Callie and Louis. I highly recommend this shop as they are very professional and have competitive prices. My bumper set was installed swiftly. The light bar and cube lights look amazing. You don't need to look anywhere else.

1star to a 5star. TNT takes their reviews seriously. After posting Louis from TNT immediately reached out apologizing and offering a solution. I honestly did not want to give them a 2nd chance but Louis took the time to explain to me the situation and worked really hard at winning me over. He understood my frustrations and took them very serious. It was brought to my attention that a scheduling error did happen on my initial appointment. Louis assured me that this was not their way of doing business, learned from this and will not let this happen in the future. I was wrong, customer service is a priority to TNT and I can speak from experience that I will be returning to give them future business. Louis is an asset to this company and really turned my perspective around.

Old review-

Unfortunately had a bad experience this morning and would not recommend. Called Monday 7/9 for a leveling kit, was told it needed to be ordered but they could install on Thursday(come to find out a stock item). Called Wednesday to confirm apt, was told to drop off at 8:30a and would be done by 12:30p. Seems reasonable, showed up to pick up and truck had not moved. I understand double booking and some vehicles take longer. When I had mentioned both times that I was coming from Austin since it looked like you had great reviews and did great work, don’t tell me it will take 3-4hrs to install if you need all day, I would have planned for that. In the end, Casey and team all acted stunned and just tried to find the sales guy who sold me on it instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation. Pointing fingers to blame is not the answer and I would have most likely gave your team another chance but instead you walked away to your office and let me walk out the door. You may not have realized this was going to be the first of many upgrades to my truck that you obviously don’t need the business. Thanks for wasting half my day to drive down to be disappointed. My suggestion would be to focus a little more on customer service and scheduling as the parts and trailers will sell themselves. I don’t review much so a simple apology phone call or in person this morning would have prevented this review.

Dropped my truck off a bit after 8 for gooseneck install and had it done before 2pm. I did call around and they had the best prices too. Worth the drive if you’re in San Antonio area.

Very helpful! I was in a pinch trying to get an obscure part for my Honda Pilot, and Louie called several places and wouldn’t give up until he found a place that could have the part in within the next two hours. Again, super helpful, great customer service!

This place rocks! Not only did they get me in on a busy day they beat Discount Tires prices by a mile! Small local owned business beats corporate 10/10 times. The Tech made sure my truck stayed clean inside and they Road Force balance tires so you know theyre done right the first time! Not to mention the store front is like a off roaders candy store.

They do wonderful work, and I appreciate that they were able to finish in less time than predicted.

Had a hitch installed today here and I was very happy with the whole experience. They had great customer service. They got the job done fast and saved me a ton of time and money. They got me in sooner and for cheaper than anywhere else in town. Plus the environment was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and would go back.

Highly recommend, had an issue with my trailer was not able to make an appointment but they told me if I can get there quick they could squeeze me in they were able to fix me up. Got me back on the road within 30 minutes.

Top Notch is above awesome I have bought trailers, bed covers etc. The customer service was spectacular. Went in this time with issues from tires I purchased at Big O Tires that Big O claimed was normal and could not do anything to fix it even after 4 visits to their store. I spoke with Top Notch they explained the issue to me. It took them about an hour to fix it and no more problems. Only place I will purchase tires from here on out. On top of that had a warranty issue on a cover and they did all the paperwork for me and even offered to install the cover again for me when it came in.

Went here for my lift kit / wheels / tires. What a great place, took me about 6 weeks to decide on exactly what I wanted, they were both very helpful and patient. When I finally decided, I scheduled a install date and TNT knocked it out a day faster than the estimate. Price was great, and Calli & Louis were easy to work with. I even talked with the installer on specific install details. All around great experience, I'll definitely be back for future truck upgrades. Thanks TNT.
