Twin Flames Jewelry

I ordered several masks and they were the best masks that I have had so far (and believe me I have had several different kinds). For my grandkids, myself and my mother. Tara and Stephen did an excellent job. I ordered them and they made them the way that we asked. Tara asks the right questions to get the masks made to fit the person. Thank you both. We loved them all. Highly recommend them.

I've been here multiple times, and they are constantly adding new things. This is a new shop, and even though they have faced some growing pains as expected with any new endeavor, the owners are super nice and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. They have a vision to positively and proactively impact the local community, and back up their words with actions. It's people like these that Seguin needs in the coming years as we strive to grow. The shop offers a nice mix of jewelry, kids stuff, home decor, glassware, clothes, vintage and modern. I plan on supporting them for many years :)

Amazing experience here! Great pricing and friendly on top of that! Steve was super friendly and helpful when we came in with our young daughters. The clothes were all clean and in good condition, and he even gave us a nice deal! Thank you for being a part of our community ☺

Awesome place with awesome deals and super awesome people. Has an enormous amount and variety of stuff. We got some great deals. Including clowns for our clown collection. They have specials all the time. Worth your time to stop and shop.

We just moved to town and came here for some household items. We were not disappointed! They were very nice and helpful! I love resale shops and I will be returning! Great job!

The coolest thrift store in seguin by far

MY REVIEW:
I had a horrible experience at twin flames. Was going to buy a book for 3.50 after I had picked out my clothes, was told I could leave my stuff on the counter since my basket was full. Went back in an they sold the book that I HAD FOUND sitting on the shelf to her friend for $10. The whole time the book had been there & when I went to purchase it they had sold it. I was told "sorry you know how it goes friends get first dibs", what?! I'm a paying customer & you just go and do that? I'm beyond furious. I will never go back. It was I was in complete shock she did that. After I had asked for the price afterwards the whole time that same friend stood there telling her "are you sure you want to sell it for 3.50? You could easily get $50 for it." The friend then took the book off my pile "to look at it" & I told her hey I'm buying that she said "I know I'm just looking it up". Just for her to and buy it once I stepped away. Mind you, that same friend either worked there or had been helping put things away.

*THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW:
"Sorry you had a bad experience with us. Somebody else wanted the book badly and offered more then what we were asking. We thought y'all left and weren't coming back as well because you were gone a long time. Unless an item is paid for in advanced there is no holds. Sorry again for the disappointment."

*MY RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
Be real, not just "somebody", it was your friend. The friend with the so called "first dibs". We were only outside browsing the fill a bag tabel, because it was suggested by the cashier. We even said ok we'll go look we'll be right back. If she thought we had left then why were our items already bagged & ready with the prices waiting for our return? The cashier wasn't even going to tell me the book wasn't in one of the bags either, after I noticed it wasn't in them I had to ask twice where it was. She finally decided to tell me after i repeated myself a second time that she sold it to her friend. She never wanted the book like I did, she only was trying to resale it for more. I'm the only one who wanted it badly. If there's no hold then yall should really stop letting people with a large amount of items set their items they want to purchase on the counter because its to much to carry so they can continue shopping. The man there told us to set our stuff there to ease our hands of our purchase load, so we did because we were not done shopping. That's like saying I can just walk up to another customer and take whatever is in their hands and tell them sorry but I want this more than you do so I have the right to take it from you and you have no say in it. Doesn't sound right now does it? The whole experience was not only a disappointment, but highly unprofessional & very disrespectful. According to your Facebook pictures that book had been sitting in that spot since JANUARY 31ST, or sooner. And was never noticed/wanted until I grabbed it to purchase it. Yall should honestly be more than apologetic (which isn't very believable to begin with), yall should be ashamed as well.
