Kaylee and Cherokee were so nice when we went in there to get new phones the other day they answered all my questions and also got me signed up and qualified to save money on my bill through the Acp program. I wish I would’ve known about the program sooner. Could’ve saved me some money but no one told us about it. So thanks ladies y’all rock

Went in to purchase a phone and got the greatest salesperson ever. Zed made sure I got exactly what I wanted, made sure was happy with the phone and happy with the prices lol. Overall I rate him 10/10

We had stopped going to the Cricket wireless in Cleburne Tx because the ladies that were there could care less if you needed help. They were to busy on their phones or gossiping to help. But today we were desperate for phone help. The two gentlemen that were there at 3:00 on Thursday October 27 we so nice friendly and so helpful it was actually a breath of fresh air to go in and meet those gentlemen.

Cherokee an Kayla were great...All questions answered Husband got a great phone with Cherokees help she went out of her way to make sure my husband had everything he needed before we left.

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at Cleburnes cricket wireless! We transferred line from Verizon because Verizon is more expensive. Verizon customer service gave the staff at cricket a horrible time- the cricket staff remained patient and cordial even after over an HOUR of being on the phone with Verizon on our behalf. Cricket staff are so helpful- so knowledgeable- and were determined to help us switch over in spite of Verizon’s tactics to make a line transfer impossible! 5/5 stars for the entire staff- they were amazing!

Just want to express how grateful I am for Aliyah's help yesterday when I switched my husband's phone service from Straight Talk to Cricket. It turned out to be a difficult process (the difficulty being on the part of Straight Talk) but she persisted until we were able to successfully switch his service to Cricket.
