Mount storage staff were easily accessible if you needed anything or had questions. They made it easy to sign up for services and even easier to check out and give refunds back in a timely manner! My sons stuff was in the same condition we left it in. We will definitely use them again and rates we affordable as well!! Thanks for your awesome service

Mount Storage is a very good place to store your belongings. Everyone is very helpful and is there when you need them. Prices are reasonable.

Great place to rent.
Clean and feels secure. I have a climate controlled unit and I was very happy with it. I like the fact that they have a gate code.separate from my unit entry. I have a climate controlled unit, I believe my items will be safe.
The manager is spot on.
I’ve called after hours. / on the weekend! More than once.
He has always called me back. Both time when in 10-15 minutes. Super nice 👍 guy.

I have used these storage units since the previous owners. New owners were very helpful with the transition. Every issue has been dealt with professionally and in a reasonably professional time frame and customer service. Recently had an issue with payment due to a canceled card. Property manager was very helpful and understanding in resolving the issue.

Excellent customer service and very clean up to date storage rentals. Carlos and Jose are always quick to respond at anytime and ready to help with any and all issues that come up. Safe place to store your belongings the staff is always professional and if you're running late with your payment for a legitimate reason they work with you.
Safe place, only draw back, everything is done on line or over the phone you never actually come in contact with anyone.

They really take the time to consider their customers. The property is always well maintained. I would recommend this place to any and everyone there is no better storage facility
