This storage facility is very clean and secure. They have a great friendly staff on-site. Fifi and Jc were very helpful getting me into a storage unit. They even helped with getting set up with the storage app and showed me how to easily access my storage unit. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a storage unit.

Love this place! Tried other storage places but this is the one that stands out hands down! Prices are reasonable, safe gated area, surveillance is on point and very well clean! Love the staff! Fifi and JC have been very helpful on anything I've needed here! Customer service is awesome here at Seguin Storage!

Thank you so much for such great service. I was moving out of my old apartment but forgot that I needed a storage unit, just until my new apartment was ready. Sisi and JC were so sweet and so respectful of all the questions I was asking. They even helped me set up the app so that I didn’t have to push the buttons. Thank you ladies so so much, 10/10 I highly recommend ❤.

If you’re looking for a storage unit of almost any size this is the place! Ask for Fifi when you go she’s the absolute sweetest and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of for you! Moving is one of least favorite things to do, but she managed to put a smile on my face and make my day easier! Again go ask for Fifi!

I chose Seguin Storage when I first arrived from out of state for my personal property storage needs. Made the right choice! My initial contact was with two ladies (Jacilyn & Fifi) who were both so helpful from the start of renting at Seguin Storage until the very end. They provided and explained to me all the information I needed to rent a storage unit and even set-up my automated account for easy access to my storage unit. I was afforded the option to use their local truck for move out, since didn't use for move-in, very nice accommodating friendly staff of people. If you have storage needs, highly recommend using this facility, so you can get that same personal friendly treatment and experience I did!! This storage site and units are well taken car of and the smart lock is an awesome feature. Mr. Dean and Ms. Fifi were super nice and always helped me with any questions I had from beginning to the end of my unit rental. Will recommend and use again.
