These guys deserve and earn the 4.5 star rating. Understandably things can and will go wrong. These poor guys were minus a truck due to maint / repairs, and had to deal with delays from torrential rains the next day, and yet still managed to get to us in timely fashion. I know our calling & asking questions was likely an annoyance, but they were totally patient & professional, answering our questions & concerns. Dynasty's the best gig in town! Hopefully those folks who gave a low rating have had their issues resolved. Thanks guys. jb

Great place to order propane from and get it delivered. I ordered this week and it has been very rainy. They delivered the propane as I requested and they were very respectful of my property. They stayed on the gravel, didn't make ruts or tear up the grass. It was great, I came home and couldn't even tell they had been there! When I checked the gauge I was surprised to see it had been delivered. They were helpful on the phone and even educated me on tank painting requirements.

The absolute best customer service of any company we have ever dealed with. My two daughters moved into a new place and they had all kinds propane issues in the house. They checked everything and showed my girls what to look for and why things happen the way they do. He spent over an hour with them. Plus their prices are cheaper than anyone else.

We have been with Dynasty for years and have always had the best service. The gals in the office are so polite and professional and get things taken care of in a swift manner! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ordered propane this morning; less than two hours later driver was at my location to fill my tank. Excellent service by company and by driver. Driver is always very friendly and offers great service. Always prompt and fast. Thank you for excellent service!

We dropped a terrible competitor for them and have been a customer for several years now. They've usually done same day delivery (San Marcos), especially when we were in a pinch. I highly recommend them.

The best service and prices in the Seguin area! My family has had them work on the propane lines, add outlets when I wanted a space heater in one room and even repair tanks. The price on propane is always the cheapest around.

They charge a flat fee to refill tanks. Price is better than Love's! Good service.
