Wow! The framing manager Nicole was extraordinary. Very professional and precise with her measurements and recommendations. Light years ahead of the framers at Hobby Lobby. The price is a bit expensive, but at least you know it’s being done by a competent and professional person! 10 stars out of 5 :-D

Went here looking for supplies and inspiration for students. I found exactly what I was looking for. They have Happy Planners for teachers, chalk board organizers and other cute stuff.

The store was setup perfect with their ad. The merchandise was well marked with correct pricing. Pleasant music was playing softly and the temperature in the building was comfortable. The gal who checked me out was well knowledgeable and nice.

Michaels has a pretty good coupon just about everytime I go in. I go there for art supplies & art supply storage. I can order it online & pick it up a few hours later, saving a bunch of my time.

I always find craft supplies that I need and additonal cute stuff for whatever holiday is coming up. Great custom framing dept.! They are always having sales, so prices are really good. Friendly staff!

Love this store. They have so many unique items to use for crafting and decorating. Great prices and great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they have a rewards program.

Staff is extremely helpful. I called in looking for certain items. I was placed on a brief hold. When the young lady returned she let me know that they did have the items and the quantities of each color she also offered to have them waiting up front for me. Every member of the staff that I ran into was very nice and helpful. While checking out, I explained my phone call to her and she knew exactly who had helped me. I was able to personally thank her before leaving the store. (I can’t recall her name but I do believe that she’s a manager) 10/10

Everyone working here was so sweet and helpful yesterday. I drove 9 miles to go to this location for specific Halloween items and the employees and manager all helped me look for the stuff. I even broke something on accident and they were so nice about it. They were really sweet to my daughter and explained the metaphysical property of a bead she had found on the ground. Everyone here deserves a raise

Favorite cake store. They have everything and always help you with the most current coupons. Great staff. Bathrooms need a little work. Isles are organized and make sense. Good prices. I’m a baker so I really only focus on baking supplies and they usually have it all.

I always seem to be able to find what I need, usually without help. The staffing usually is enough that I can get help if needed. It's clean and organized, even when they're rearranging or adding new inventory. Best place around for kids activities and craft supplies, cross stitch thread, and home decor.

GREAT customer service! It's what retail is about. Or at least what it used to be. This store keeps it alive with fast checkout and helpful/engaged team members. My wife comes often for the yarn selection, and I often for the art/drawing items. Good seasonal selection during various holidays.

Jewelry making is my thing. I love going to this Michaels, since they are always friendly, store is well maintained, and they have a great selection.
