Carson and Kaden were extremely helpful and professional. This experience was very smooth top to bottom. I was able to get my issue diagnosed and fixed the same day. The best part was setting this up was so easy. S&D lets you choose how you want to be contacted, which was very helpful for me because I can’t always chat on the phone. I was able to text to get everything set up and before you know it, I was booked. Highly recommend these guys.

Jacob and Christine were awesome to work with! They gave us multiple options and explained the likely outcomes with each option. Once we made a decision, they were able to complete the work the same day! They ended up finding several plumbing issues that contributed to our issues and they were able to replace 5 toilets the same day.

He found and fixed our leak in a timely manner and he also discovered other problems that could have potentially gotten worse in the future. He kept us informed and didn’t withhold any information. We had a same day service for a replacement of both of our water heaters that started leaking at the same time. Jacob and Christina came out on a Saturday and were absolutely wonderful. Jacob was super informative and kept us updated with what was going on. He educated us on the new system and really went above and beyond with his service. Christina has amazing attention to detail and was super sweet to our kids! I’m super glad we read reviews and went with a company that was well known but still local. We will not use anyone else! Wonderful company with 10/10 service.

The gas company sent me a massive bill, that reflected a crazy usage amount. We were not sure who to call for help, as the gas company said they did not check lines past the meter. So a quick google search showed S&D plumbing as a local resource that can help with locating a gas leak. After a quick call, S&D got a plumber on site in a few hours. Unfortunately, I had a fainting incident when the poor guy got here, after getting my bearings back, he was was extremely courteous and a very cool guy. He took a few minutes to look around and immediately found the problem and explained that our 14 year old water heater needed to be replaced. We later found that American Home Shield appliance coverage would replace it, so we didnt use S&D plumbing but I cannot speak any more highly for the Mr. Alex Warren. His professionalism, courtesy and knowledge was amazing. If my current insurance had not covered it, I would have used S&D for the work. If you need a plumber in Leander Texas, give them a call, you will truly find their service from the call to the plumber and even after cancelling, they were all around fantastic.

Professional, friendly, efficient.
We had a small leak that turned out to be the coupling between our main water intake and the sprinkler system. It was leaking very slowly, not an emergency, but I needed it handled. S & D took the call this morning and arrived this afternoon. They quickly worked out what was the problem and quoted before the work what was eventually charged. The fix was to replace a valve and associated connections. Nick did the work efficiently and was one of those people who enjoyed the job and was good at it.

He also convinced me to buy into their preferred customer system. My house is over five years old now and obviously beginning to show some wear. As it is my most important investment I'm happy to have their inspection and correction of any deficiencies, something included in the plan.

All in all I'm very happy with S & D. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. Can't ask for much more.

Jason and Travis arrived the same day I called with a plumbing problem. They were able to address the issue and have it resolved quickly. They are both professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend S&D!

The young men who came to fix the shower in one house and replace faucets in the other did an excellent job and left the bathroom clean and ready to use. I had asked another company to fix the shower a couple years ago and they said it could not be fixed. Carson and Diego proved them wrong! It works and it is beautiful!

Kaden and Emanuel from S&D installed a new hot water heater and some new faucets for our house. They were both very polite and professional and took the time to explain our options. They also did a very good job at cleaning up when they were done. The schedulers on the phone were also very helpful and responsive in getting everything set up and scheduled.

Jason was so professional and went above what I expected. He explained everything to me and later to my daughter. He took his time and was very thoural. He even suggested a science experiment to my grandson. I will definitely ask for him if I ever need a plumber again. Many thanks

They helped alleviate the frustration that comes with having plumbing issues by explaining the problem, offering the best solution and working diligently to get the work done in one day. Great people, great service! Lorenzo did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater and a new water softener, both of which were on their last legs. The installation was extremely professional; everything from wearing protective footwear in the house to making sure everything was clean and perfect before they left. I couldn't be happier! I had an emergency (fridge leaking) and my go-to plumber insisted I wait while my kitchen was flooding until after the weekend. S & D, like heroes, showed up within two hours, fixed the problem, and helped me mop up the leak. Then, they stayed to complete other tasks. Great attitude, service, and reliability. Very dependable & honest. My new and forever go-to.

I called S & D Plumbing this morning because I thought my Reverse Osmosis system had a problem. Within an hour and a half of my call, Esteban arrived at my house. AMAZING!!! Weston and Travis came to fix my sinks and tub. Both of these men were extremely professional, and very speedy. They left the area clean and communicated what they were doing around the house….never been so impressed! They gave me a good heads up when they were on the way, and arrived right on time.
