Allstate has taken good care of me whenever I've had a claim. My RV insurance policy has been with Mark Jameson's for over 7 years now. When we moved to Texas a little over a year ago and needed texas car insurance, the allstate website tried to rout me to ano agent near our home instead of the agent we already had, I gave up on the website and called Jameson's office and haven't regretted it since. His staff is always willing to help, whether it's reviewing our insurance needs, adding or dropping a vehicle, or helping look into a claim.

We have been with MJ Allstate for 3 years and we are still satisfied with the service, they are friendly and when they give you a price to pay each month they do not go up like other insurer's.

Recently have a accident where my truck and travel trailer were totaled. They did an excellent job helping me with the adjusters and the information that I needed. Can't thank them enough.

The value for me is in not only the competitive prices but the peace of mind knowing the level of service I am getting is above the standard. If something were to happen, I know they are right behind me to help.
