It was obvious that the ownership or management has recently changed. The room I was in felt new. Everything was clean and the furnishings were nice. I didn't expect there would be a microwave and small fridge even, but there were and they looked brand new. I was in a non-smoking room and it actually was a room where there wasn't even a hint of smoky smell. That's rare. Most non-smoking rooms at similar establishments haven't been smoked in "recently." The soap smelled nice. The toilet had a strong flush. The shower was immaculate and had good water pressure and the water was hot for the duration of my long shower. The bathroom sink functioned perfectly. The young man that checked me in was very nice, well mannered and was clean cut (good looking too). And the cleaning lady asked if my stay was nice, wished me a very nice day and asked if I would write a positive review. I have now kept my word and I can tell you that for the low price, the convenient location, and all of the aforementioned description of the place I really could not have been more pleased. 👌🏽✅

This place was way better than I expected. I stayed here while visiting my family. Newly remodeled with stone shower and clean. My standards for cleaning are pretty high since I own a cleaning company in the DFW area. TV with cable, fridge and microwave. My only complaint would be no coffee pot in the room but they do have breakfast with coffee in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. **There were no bugs, not even a roach. I am sure that the other review last week was not accurate. Because of my industry I know what to look for and wouldn't have stayed if there was any evidence of bugs. Thank you !

Great experience here. Id recommend to anybody. There is a few negative reviews on here but if poo u check the date they are from a long time ago. They are under new ownership and have spent a fortune remodeling and renovating. It's a completely different hotel now. And people doing things in the parking lot is not a reflection of the hotel as that can happen anywhere. They will call the police if they see that crap happening. So you can feel safe knowing that they promote a safe environment

Amazing staff both cleaning crew as well as front desk. Clean rooms. Soda machine. Attentive to customer's needs. Near shopping but get it done early and enjoy peace and quiet.

I'll give it 5 stars value for a place to crash / sleep and get up and get going in the morning while traveling. There are no tissues or hair dryer. The rooms are old.

I rated the location with only one star because PARIS TX SUCKZ. But the staff was good looking and they were patient. No door hovering in the mornings

This hotel is Amazing. The windows have shutters, they are clean, the flat screens are mounted on the wall and the staff is so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpful owners, our phone didnt work properly in our room, needed to ring our childrens room. Called the front letting them know, and bam!! we had a phone within minutes of calling, even though the owner said it would be next morning b4 he vould get a replacement.

QUIET PLACE, CORDIAL STAFF, THE PEOPLE WHO CLEAN THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND DID NOT MIND WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS

COMFORTABLE BEDS, CURTAINS COMPLETELY BLACKOUT THE ROOM, AND THE SHOWER WATER REMAINS AS HOT AS YOU DESIRE, AND FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT

I worked and stayed here. The owners and employees are amazing wonderful! I recommend the stay..very friendly,very helpful, family welcome clean respectful and people staying are friendly

This is the only place I stay in Paris spotless spacious rooms with a fridge and microwave excellent Wi-Fi it's always quite and the staff is very helpful maid service everyday it is one of the nicest motels I stayed in I wish I could give it more than five stars

I would recommend this place to my friends and family. The rooms are super clean and housekeeping does a outstanding job.

It was very clean and had everything you would need for an over night stay. The night clerk was friendly so was housekeeping
