Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Went for Ice Cream. Was not disappointed. Best ice cream anywhere. They are always fast and the store is always clean. Stop in and check them out.

It's been over 20 years since I have been in a Braums. The sweet smell of creamy ice cream hits us once we stepped inside! We had to get the egg nog and, of course, the pumpkin ice cream. So, good and the nicest employees, ever! Can't wait for Braums to come to Arkansas.

Fantastic first experience at Braum’s. We had been on the road all day and arrived hungry. Cathy was behind the counter and walked us through the menu including customer favorites. I chose the crispy chicken Gouda burger with no Mayo and absolutely loved it! If you like semi-spicy, I recommend giving it a try. The fries were crispy and my chocolate shake was out of this world! Rich and creamy. Others in my party ordered an assortment of burgers and bacon cheeseburgers which they enjoyed as well. Portions were generous without being over the top and were a great value. Service was fast and friendly. Cathy even came over to see how we liked our food and to wish us well. Orvis stopped by our table as well. Overall, a memorable experience.

I had this one girl that was extremely kind to me I think her name was Jazmine, but I can tell she's an amazing worker. I don't how much she's making but it's not enough for her customer service skills. The other workers there should learn from Jazmines example definitely would come back again because of her absolutely!:)

I love that the experience is still the same even in a small town. We went to this Braums during the COVID-19 pandemic and they served us with smiles and we got our food fast, even though there were quite a few people there.

The setup is exactly the same with the Braum's I know in Dallas and that is important because it makes it a familiar place even though we're miles away from home.

Went to BRAUMS in Paris (TX!) last wk, I was throwing an ice cream party for a client (of course, Braums is my choice!) they were out of ice (which I needed to keep ice cream cold 🥶 ) so they went to back and loaded a bag for just for me.

Our experience at this Braum's was one of the best fast food experiences we have had in a long time! The young lady at the drive-thru window made sure to let us know which tea was sweet and which was unsweet when she handed us our drinks. That is a big deal for us because I drink sweet, and my fiance can not. In the past, we've had issues with getting both sweet or both unsweet or have to taste test to see which was which.
Our entire order was made correctly, which is rare as well. We did have to pull up and wait for our order, but it was well worth the wait for fresh fries. The young man that brought the order out was very polite and reminded us the fries were hot.
It was very refreshing to see people care about their job and customers! If we travel through that area again, we will definitely return to this restaurant.

Super awesome invironment.. really dig the music they play as well. Nice place to just sit and unwind.

West side is the best food is so good

Love Braum's ice cream.. hands down better than any other ice cream can pick up and take home Häagen-Dazs, Blue Bell, are all second class compared.. their milk is also extra delicious.. next time you go grab a jug & try it.. shakes are the best by far.. with lots of flavor combinations to choose from. And every single one I've tried has been spectacular. Also whether you order a big meal or a single small Junior Burger they take care of your order like it's priority number one.. the only very minor downsides I've noticed is,
1. the limeades can vary pretty drastically from visit to visit, sometimes you'll get a large and it'll seem to have a small amount of lime in it and will taste kind of bland and on more than one occasion, I kid you not, I actually watched them squeeze 9 whole limes into my 32oz drink, which was a little overboard and very tart. But I always get them anyway.
2. even their large order of fries seems small but maybe that's just because I cant get enough of their fries!

This is an older Braums remodeled to have the grocery section as all the newer stores have. We were from our of town and getting s bite before heading home. I found the staff easy to talk to Very friendly group. Burgers and fries were what I would have expected from any good Braums

Ordered a burger from her and it was delish. The burger and fries both were hot when we received order. The strawberry limeade was good as well. Will most definitely be returning to eat.
