I cannot say enough good about WiFires. We lived out in the country and finally were able to get a tower erected and 'real wifi' service with Wifires. As a professional photographer who was uploading thousands of images a year from all the local schools to my print lab, Wifires never failed me once. And they have the best customer service a client could ask for.

When we relocated to Sumner, I was very concerned about finding decent internet service. Thankfully, my worries were misplaced. I work from home, so it’s vital that I have a good internet connection. I’ve been with them almost two years. Recently, they reached out proactively to adjust my satellite because they noticed my signal wasn’t as strong as they’d like. I ended up having a tower installed, which really helped improve speeds. The gentleman who installed it was very nice. I always appreciate a company that is proactive and cares about its customers.

Living literally in the sticks, options for internet are limited. After a few years of satellite internet that claimed “high speed” but was capped, it was time to make a change. Due to the future of work, I needed better service, and also wanted to stream and get rid of satellite tv. Wifires came and delivered. Yes we had to do a tower which after it was put up we needed to make it taller so it was a process to get to the end to receive the internet BUT every single technician and ones in the office were helpful, walked us through it and got us done pretty quickly. Now we can stream, work from home better, and saved money. Thank you wifires for giving us country folks the internet we want!

I just had my residential internet installed by them and it works great! It’s fast and the package I got is unlimited! Setting up an appointment was easy and fast. The installation Man Brad was very informative and did great work with the installation and set up. He even petted all my cats and sang the national anthem! The best internet around if you live a little more out in the country, also great service, we had a bad storm come through the other day and mess with our equipment, they came out really quick and fixed it, no issues since, also very friendly and nice people, John F was the guy that came out, he was super nice and did a great job trying to get it all going again.

Good, reliable, fast internet with responsive local support, what more could I ask for?

I have the Wifires Fiber service in Wellington Point (Reno Tx) and have been getting 250 MBPS upload speeds and 250 MBPS download speeds consistently. Wifires just sent an email saying they're upgrading this areas speeds to 1GBPS and lowering the monthly cost! I can't imagine my internet being any better than it already is and at a lower cost. I highly recommend the Wifires for your internet service! Robert with the Wifires has been very knowledgeable and has helped with the entire process from day one. Robert and the rest of the Wifires team is top notch!
