Daylon was patient and very helpful and polite. There were a lot of people in the store. He and his teammate never rushed a customer, but I feel the store could use more staff to cut down the wait time. Overall a good experience!

Brandon was amazing at getting an line paid off and a new one added along with friendly. I had my daughter was with me, and his coworker and himself were polite to her and listened to her stories. Definitely come to this location to be taken care of and feel welcomed.

Pamela was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable about products and plans. She was very communicative. She got me and my grandmother the best deals she could (which were amazing). And it was truly a pleasure to talk to her! I could’ve stayed there for hours and chatted with her without minding it one bit! This girl needs a raise!!!!

Armando was so knowledgeable about the products I inquired about purchasing. Showing how each one operates and breaking down prices in a way to assist me in understanding which plan was for me. He was very attentive to what my concerns were and easily explained how differently phone cases were protective by using his personal phone as example.

Service was great. Nothing wrong with my phone charger. There is just a Faster charger out. Mine is slower.
Was informed about new home phones and how Kindles will still work when 5G comes to our area.

Cheyenne helped me get done what I needed done and didn’t try and bribe or hassle me one bit about any other extra stuff. She was a very big help and answered every one of my questions to the best of her knowledge. I definitely would recommend her!

I am using my first IPHONE and finding it to be very user friendly. But I did have a lot of instruction from the Verizon Phone Store. They were so nice and set me up with everything I needed. They helped me get the phone that best fit my needs at the best price. If you need a new phone I would highly recommend this store and her as the person to talk to. You can’t miss

I came in with a broken screen and a forgotten password. This situation was quite painful when trying to verify my identity in the past. At least once prior I had been denied assistance with this dilemma. NOT TODAY. The manager was patient and quite helpful with resolving this problem for me. So much so that I bought a higher value phone of $1200. Afterwards she even allowed me to wait within the store using their wifi to download all of my old data so I could leave having "my life" back within my control. She was quite the sweetheart and even got me to laugh during the process. Make sure to ask for her, Jen, if you ever have a problem.

I believe I was waited on by a manager, she was very nice and very knowledgeable. Had the patience of Job! Made my visit worth every minute it took to get what I wanted. Thank you for having such friendly staff!

Jennifer was absolutely precious. I had lost my phone yesterday and was leaving to go out of town today and was majorly stressed. Went by Russell Cellular and met Jennifer. She was wonderful in getting me fixed up with a phone and on my way. You are the BEST!

We were traveling from out of state when we needed to find a Verizon retailer. I stopped here and the staff treated me as though I were one of their local customers. The particular person who assisted me was very friendly with a pleasant attitude and helpful for what I needed. If I am ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to stop there again. Who knows, I just may stop just to say hello, even if I don't need anything. I definitely recommend going there if your looking for a Cellular phone, phone accessories or any other type of service.
