Rodeway Inn & Suites Houston Near Medical Center

Didn’t have to pay for parking like other hotels. Didn’t have bugs and everything was neat and clean. Everyone was very nice. To say I didn’t have breakfast that was okay. Cause everything was quiet, chill, clean, and cheap when I stayed. Can’t beat anything like this for under 100$ yall better go book now. Don’t listen to the lies I don’t know what made them say stuff like that. I wish I took pictures honestly.

Stayed here for a while when I needed a place to stay and Mr. Sunny was a very nice guy. Helped around and even helped me with making reservations and making things just so easy for me. The area is very quiet and nice. They just painted everything so it more updated.

Honestly a very chill place to stay if you’re traveling or just need a place to get away. Very nice people and will go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable while I stay there. Not like the other hotels they be all in your nose about everything but no forreal good stay here and affordable for long extensive stays.

Stayed for a few nights on a quick trip to Houston. I found Rodeway to be a solid, just the basics budget minded option for staying near the Medical Center/Rice U area. Quiet safe neighborhood. Staff was flexible in alloiwing me to check out an hour late. Room was clean, everything worked.

I was here for bit in town and couldn’t find a hotel and Mr. Sunny was up and ready at the early mornings hours to help me. So very thankful his dad is such a nice person also. The area is next to a cvs and Walgreens and some fast food restaurants and corner stores so a very convenient spot.

We had such a good experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally lost a necklace and it was found and turned in a.d on top of that they are kind enough to mail it to me,otherwise I would have to have driven 2hrs their and back. Your kindness will not be forgotten!!!

Overall it's a rebuilding hotel/motel extended stay much better than most venues within thi. Yes there are flaws however if any problem exist or occurs on Your visit they will accommodate You to the best of thier ability.

It is a wonderful place to stay at a great price! I don't understand all of the negative reviews here. The rooms do have an old wood/house smell, but they are clean and spacious. It is hardwood throughout, a nearly full-size kitchen with granite countertops, and a refridgerator with freezer. There is a small desk with an office chair as well as a small couch. It is akin to renting a studio apt. The owners are very kind and attentive to any issues that may arise.

This location is ideal for the price. Very close to the medical center NRG my husband and I have stay at this location several times. The rooms are amazing with all of the convenience of home, stove refrigerator and microwave. Rooms are very clean and the housekeepers were attentive to our needs, there is also a laundry room on site. Very family oriented. We highly recommend this location.

Surprisingly nice for a dive. Big spacious rooms. Full kitchens, separate living room in bedroom. Looks like these used to be really old apartments.

I give it five stars for the management and TV--location and parking also a huge, huge plus. Management is very helpful and super accommodating. I had to checkout a day early rather suddenly and he willingly refunded the night. The TVs in the rooms are huge and offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. etc. for a limitless range of movies and shows. The rooms are ok--a little old and in need of an update, but clean and accommodating. For the price it cannot be beat!

I’ve stayed at this location many times, the staff are efficient and friendly, the price is fair, the location excellent. It sits a few blocks away from the medical center so walking to appointments is easy and is a walkable distance from rice village. Excellent choice if you are interested in these locations.

This hotel is very well located in a nice neighborhood and close to the NRG center and Astrodome. You'll get there in 5 min.
It is very clean, convenient and beds are really comfortable.

AC is a bit noisy but you won't notice it after a while. You have a very big fridge, sink and microwave at your disposal. Everything was sparkling clean when we got here. This is a very decent and convenient stay but is not luxurious if that is what you are seeking.

Safe and quiet is something to mention also.

I had a great stay and definitely will be reserve again on my next visit to NRG and Houston. Very recommended.

For a budget room, you can't beat this place. They were kind enough to let me check in early for no extra fee. Clean property, fairly nice, clean rooms. It's like an apartment but no cookware. Plenty of order in or carry out within walking distance. Bargain for sure. They work hard to maintain a clean property , love it for the money!

Currently staying. I like it. Very clean. Very quite. It has everything I needed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. They clean the room every day, it's nice. It may need a little updating but I think they are working on it. For the price we paid, I'm pleased of what we got. Would stay here again.

We spend the night at room 118.

My family and I were looking for a room with 2 beds for 4 people.

Not only was the room very spacious, it also had a mini stove, fridge, coffee maker, sink, a sofa and 2 small tables.

The covers on the beds looked a little old, however the blankets, towels, linens, and over all the apartment was extremely clean.

The roof did show small stains but for one of the cheapest hotels in town, it was an extremely pleasant stay.

The perfect home away from home. Each room had a full kitchen with stove. The desk staff was very friendly, and the AC was nice in cool. Located 3 minutes from everything, as well they offered a free shuttle service to anywhere within 3 minutes of the hotel.

Excellent location for 1 bedroom apartment by the day. Clean , quiet neighborhood near medical center, free parking with lots of fast food and regular dine in restaurants. Also a nearby liquor store as well as drug store, ice cream parlor.

Stayed here over night due to proximity of one of the hospitals we had an appointment with. The rooms were nice, very clean, and we had absolutely no problems! For the low prices they charge, I would say it's definitely worth it.

Love love love this hotel.. friendliest staff and the nicest rooms for a great deal. Like a little apt in the middle of the city for under 65 a night! Amazing!! Thanks again for another great stay...
