Their chicken taste way better than Church's, Popeye's and KFC. Perfect crunch and seasoning. I love the way they seasoned the batter. It's not overwhelmingly SALTY. The chicken is cooked all the way through the bones. Their prices are very affordable unlike their competition. I will only buy chicken at Hartz now and nowhere else.

Love Hartz chicken, they have large pieces of delicious and juicy chicken. I get the 9 piece dark yummy.

Came here because we wanted something different, and because hubby loves their gizzards, and it was really good. Food was 🔥 when we served ourselves from the buffet. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

They really know how to cook some good chicken for when you just want a fast food place. The manager here was super sweet and kept asking us if we needed any more chicken dropped in the fryer so that it would be nice and fresh for us.

This is a great place the food was good and if you didn't see something that you wanted they got it for you fresh.

The food is great but the atmosphere is like a soup kitchen. The ceiling has water stains, the ceiling fans need to be cleaned, most of the fountain drinks don't work, but if you can look past all this, the food is yummy.

Food was plentiful and hot. Selection was good. Only down were the biscuits as they tasted like they had been frozen and took away from a 5 star.

It was my first time eating here and the food was delicious. I had fried chicken, okra, and peach cobbler. Everything was fresh and scrumptious. The staff had great customer service and as well as the manager Jennifer. I will be coming back soon. Keep up the good work.

Bit of a wait, but Krispy Fish is great! Gizzards are good too! 10.26.23 still the same.

Had craving for fried chicken and was in the vicinity. Just wanted chicken so ordered an box of chicken to go. They took our order and told us to have a seat and they would bring our food to us. We had waited a few minuted when one of the ladies told us that a fresh batch of chicken would be coming out in 15 minutes; would we care to wait. We said we wouldn't mind. While we waited we were offered complimentary drinks. When our chicken was ready we were given a dozen dinner rolls as compensation for our wait. While we didn't eat from the buffet my wife was offered a sample of the fried fish. She said it was very good. The buffet looked good so we will try that soon. The staff was very friendly. This was our first visit but we will be back soon.

I know I am in the minority, but I love fried chicken livers. I come to this restaurant once every couple of months to order a half dozen livers. They always make them FRESH for me!!! So delicious! I call that superb customer service! Thank you!

I am so glad they're still in business! I've never ate inside, I always use the drive thru. The food is always hot hot hot and fresh and crunchy when I order from this location! Plus they're one of the few places that still do fried chicken gizzards and livers!

Good food! I, personally, went because my daughter told me there was chicken livers! One of my favorites! Load up on not only their great crispy fowl, but they cover many items in all the courses. We are keeping this handy little place on our return to list!

Very nice buffet. Staff was very helpful. Not fancy, but that matters little in my book. You can't find a better bargain. They even gave me a senior discount. Wow.

I had forgotten how damn good Hartz is and it was the most I had been able to eat in a couple weeks 😔😉

Our daughter was in town from PA, craving the buffet. The food line and especially the tenders were throughly cooked, fresh, and hot.

We asked for fresh fish and hot wings and were surprised to be served at our table by the owner. Definitely a great experience!

I know it is odd to hear but I have never been inside a Hartz Chicken. To top it off i also didn't know it was a buffet all these years too. Man either I need to get out more or just start eating here everyday! Food was good and swevice was excellent. Plus they were equipped with gloves, hairnets and masks cooking your food. Made me feel that better and safer to eat it. Highly recommend by the way there's a buffet here incase your like me and didn't ever grasp the name ,😁

Clean and friendly staff and the food was so fresh. If they didn't have an item on the buffet they were cooking it.

My daughter and I love the fried fish fillets! Don't get me wrong, we enjoy their whole menu. We're just particularly fond of the fish fillets. The staff at this location are especially friendly as well.
