Village Plumbing & Air

I called Village Plumbing & Air on a Thursday morning due to a suspected leak in our front yard. They were able to schedule us and send someone out that same morning to inspect and provide an estimate. They had a very efficient system in place that alerts the customers when the technician is about 30 minutes away. Michael was our designated plumber and he was awesome. He was able to determine that the problem was a leak in the pipe on our side that runs from the meter to the house. Unfortunately, after he dug for a while, it was determined that the pipe that the home builder installed in 2001 was run at an angle across our front yard, where they proceeded to plant a now very established pine tree over the top of.
He dug for 6 hours straight, creating a trench along side the house (Texas clay, mind you) and came back the next day to complete the job. He was able to bypass that pipe and install a new 80 ft. pipe that ran along the side of the house with better quality materials (Pex/PVC).
He also put in new connections to the outside to bypass the old one in the laundry room of our house.
We were impressed with his work ethic and the effort he put into putting everything back right. We will definitely be using them for everything in the future... and requesting Michael!

This is my second time using Village plumbing as well as having Vernon as my plumber. Today he came for my new water heater to be installed (same day service) along with Garrett and they both were very professional and friendly again as well as thorough and performed amazing work. He remembered me and the issues I had last time he had to come. I will continue to call on Village. Each time i have called i have had a plumber at my house within an hour. I have told all my friends and co workers about the service village provides. I also would like to say thank you to Karen who scheduled my appointment- she was very patient with all my questions and also very understanding and sweet. Thank you

I highly recommend Village Plumbing & Air. They accommodated my emergency request of having my sewage line backed up on the the same day I called.
The entire staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The technician, Cesar was top notch.
He was very knowledgeable in his skill and very polite. He explained what he was doing so I could understand and was very patience. If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend Village Plumbing.

Jeremy is a great communicator, friendly, and did excellent work. Our keypad to let him into the house wasn’t working, so he had to come back to the house later which disrupted his whole day. 😔 When we were able to get him access, he worked diligently to change the hot water heater and even upgraded some pipes for us while he was at it. He left the whole area clean and dry and I was able to take a hot shower this morning. Thank you!

This was our first experience with Village Plumbing. We were pleased. If we need service again we will most definitely use them again. David was so patient with us and our dog. He explained everything thoroughly. He's genuinely a nice guy and very knowledgeable!

Not only did Skylar Barron do a fantastic job repairing my AC, but he went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to answer my questions, gave me valuable tips on maintaining my system to prevent future issues, and was just a pleasure to work with.

I was also really impressed with Kendrick Rollins from Village Plumbing & Air. He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, and quickly completed my annual plumbing inspection.

Both of these Gentlemen provided exceptional service, Village Plumbing & Air is lucky to have them! I'll definitely be calling Village Plumbing & Air for all my future plumbing needs!

Johnny Mateo my technician was awesome. Laid out all the options very clearly and there was not a pushy sales pitch. He was very informative and seemed so trustworthy. I would definitely request him as my technician again!!

Fantastic service from Javier at Village Plumbing. Initially called Village on a Saturday to repair a leak in a water heater supply valve. Javier came out, fixed the leak and suggested better fixtures there and in the main supply line to the house. He gave me options for making the work as cost-effective as possible. After installing the fixtures he wrapped them beautifully and thoroughly so that I will never have to worry about them freezing. Also had him replace a shower cartridge that was beginning to stick. He gave me the option of obtaining the cartridge myself, which saved me money. Through it all he worked methodically and confidently, explained what he was doing, and even answered questions. Very pleased with Village Plumbing and with Javier.

My first time HVAC check up with the Village People and was really pleased with Daniel! He did an excellent job and found that I have a group of bees trying to invade my house!
He remained calm and helped me identify them. 5 Stars for Daniel! Thank you very much!

My kitchen sink was clogged and it took them not a long time send a technician. My technician was John who was very professional, prompt and discreet. I will definitely recommend this company.

Great company. Great experience as always. I called them because our heater wasn't coming on. Carrie was extremely nice and friendly on the phone. Josh came out just a few hours later and had the heater working quickly. Our unit is extremely old. Josh mentioned that it would be a good idea to replace the unit, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. Just an honest assessment of the health of our unit (which I completely agree with). We've used Village in the past and honestly don't know why we ever switched to a different company. But, we'll be continuing to use Village going forward. They have incredible customer service and extremely friendly technicians. Thanks Josh and Carrie for helping us out.

If I would have taken their competitors recommendations I would have spent $1,000’s more…respect their honesty and technical knowledge especially with Eric their tech. John Mateo was the friendliest and most professional plumber that we have ever had service our home! Not only did he resolve the problem, but gave me tips on how to prevent issues with our plumbing. Village Plumbing should recognize John with an MVP award for customer service!! There is definitely a lack of that in our current society, and he came to service with a smile!

Our first time using Village Plumbing and Air was a fabulous experience and I will be making them our go to plumber. Our longtime plumber went out of business and I decided to call Village Plumbing because I see their distinctive vans all over the neighborhood. The plumber Eric and his assistant Derek were knowledgeable, honest and kind. He had to deliver bad news. Our relatively young hot water heater wasn't working and had been put in, not only incorrectly, but unsafely. He walked us through all the options of how to fix it and how much it would cost. They worked on it for over 5 hours. They were cheerful and very respectful of our property. And they did an amazing job. Thank you!

Our new air conditioners were installed yesterday. The installers were great - extremely professional and respectful. They worked all day with just a short lunch break. They kept us informed about what they were doing and made us comfortable to ask questions. They were respectful of our home, making sure they got units up the stairs into the attic and on the roof without damaging walls or floors. They took plenty of time explaining the new thermostat, how to work everything including WiFi operations. Our family (parents and siblings) have been using Village since 1975 and will definitely continue to do so as their service is impeccable.
